Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I've been playing CG SCPRP, and I've always loved playing as GSD and ISD (and IA whenever it was that). After playing around with Investigator and memorizing the LC and some parts of the CoE and CoC for a little over 3 months now, I've decided to try to give Inspector a try. I've enjoyed helping Agents/Operatives as an investigator, assisting with investigations, even prosecuting a case at one point, and I wish to do all of that on a whole other level. I also wish to help other personnel with issues they may have with higher ranks (like CL4 members, for example), in case they believe that they are misbehaving and want to have ISD confirm and intervene, or to inform them of certain aspects of the CL4 that they may not understand.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have a significant advantage in the documentation field, including the Legal Codex, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Site Access Guidelines, and various departmental guidelines. I also have a deep understanding of assisting and interacting with investigations. I've been a sort of helper to many Agents/Operatives whenever I'm needed. I'm excellent when handling uncooperative personnel and other ISD when needed, as being under pressure does not get to my head. I have leadership experience as a GSD Captain as well as an E-11 CSG, as they both handle personnel who are disruptive and do not listen constantly.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal ISD Inspector understands the priorities, how to keep their cool, how to assist other personnel when needed, and how to remain professional and mature. They should prioritize leadership as well as enforcement of the LC, CoE, and CoC. They should be able to work in highly stressful environments that may make others lose their head.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
Unfortunately, I have not written any major documents; however, many things could make a document "good" in terms of quality. A few things would be the quality of writing, realism, formatting, and interaction with other people. As for writing, this can fall under many things (grammar, types of words written, etc.). It should be clear, concise, and easy to read while also not being TOO easy to read. For realism, I want to be immersed in the document. I want to be able to think, "Ah yes, someone from the SCP Foundation would have 100% written this". It just makes documents and overall roleplay enjoyable. Formatting is a 100% must in any document. Without it, it would make the document look sloppy and illegible. For interaction, while this is not always needed, it's always good to have. It helps add character and life to documents when more than 1 person contributes to said document.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspectors have many responsibilities. One of which is assisting CL3 ISD with documentation, arrests, trainings, etc. They must also ensure the entire site is following the protocols and the laws set by Foundation Command / Department Directors with the help of the other ISD ingame.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I would be a good leadership position holder for ISD due to my leadership experience as well as my calm behavior. I am not afraid to punish people, but I'm a firm believer in making them understand what they did wrong and how to correct their behavior in the future. Discipline is a must in any department, just due to how many minges or just people who don't understand anything are there. I also believe in treating others the way you want to be treated. If you give me respect, I'll return it 10-fold. However, if you decide to insult me and refuse to listen, I will treat you with less respect than one who gives respect.
Phil 'Quarzi' Purge began his Foundation career as an ISD Agent and Investigator specializing in protocol violations, often assigned to root out negligence, procedural drift, and falsified containment logs. His talent for spotting overlooked patterns and his unnerving ability to recall minute procedural details led to multiple high-profile disciplinary actions across many sites before being transferred to Site-65. Once he was promoted to Inspector, Quarzi typically focuses on internal audits and investigations where policy violations may conceal deeper threats, anomalous or otherwise. He’s methodical, emotionally distant, and fiercely devoted to the letter of Foundation law, believing that sloppiness is just as dangerous as subversion. Though still early in his ISD career, he has been trusted with sensitive information even some CL4s never see. Despite his cold professionalism, some whisper that Quarzi’s detachment isn’t just training...
