Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am formally requesting a transfer from Epsilon-11 commander to Site Administration. i have requested this transfer for accouple reasons firstly i want to be able to help departments improve their RP experience and for them to have a more Rememberable experience The second reason i want to rise through the ranks even more than i have since i have no where to go from commander and site administration is the first logical place Lastly, I genuinely enjoy authorizing tests and supporting research efforts. However, I’ve noticed that many Senior and Executive Researchers operate in unusual time zones similar to mine. There have been multiple instances where a test is fully prepared and ready to begin, but it’s delayed due to the unavailability of a Site admin to give authorization. I believe I could help alleviate these delays by being available during those off-peak hours and ensuring research can proceed smoothly.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I have substantial experience in both leadership and administrative roles across site. Currently as many as you know i hold the rank of Commander in E-11, and as I've spend my tenure in E-11 getting E-11 back to its formal glory as I've spent over months reshaping and reforming E-11 for example doing passive breaches whenever E11 is board or research and medical wants to do some RP and being in constant contact with event team trying to get E11 more buffs or change and what not I am also eager to work in an higher up administrative position to be able to create more RP and healing all of the burned relationships E-11 has had with other departments and regiments.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Assisting department leaders with leading their departments
- Authorizing sweeps of D-Block
- Approving D Class work permits
- Authorizing AA when necessary
- Assisting with GOI relations ( site manager+)
- Watching over your assigned department
- Assisting with policy change in departments and assisting with the whitelisting of documents
- Authorizing passive breaches
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Leading and attending meetings
- Doling out punishment to department heads when needed
- Allowing in GOIs for assistance with breaches

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Loading recording.....

*The loud siren can be heard dying down as I'm sitting in the med bay from the latest breach*

"Damn, my chest is hurting like hell."
*I say as I peel back the bandages to show a large chunk of flesh missing*
"Damn 939s"
*I say under my breath*
*As I put my bandage back into place, I notice two NU-7 operatives walking up to me*

"Chub D., teach, you are needed at site Administration offices."
*sigh*
"Alright, let's go."
*As I'm walking to site admin offices, hundreds of thoughts are running through my head. Did ethics find out about d class getting fed to 682? No, no, I would already be arrested for that*
*or maybe for the firing line I ordered on that combat medic, no the committee would have me fed to 682 for that*

*As we get to a large pair of double doors, and as I'm mid thought, I hear a voice over the PA system*

"Let him in."
*As the two NU-7 walk off towards surface, I swipe my keycard, and a soft voice says Access granted*
*As i walk in, I take off my beret*

"Sir, you wanted me?"
*I say standing at parade rest*
"Well well, Commander Chub D teach, your chubsworth brother

"yes sir he is my brother"
*he swivels around in his chair to some filing cabinets*

"And I almost forgot congrats on your promotion to commander"
"Thank you, sir."

"Speaking about promotions, we at SA feel like you would be more suited at a more administrative role for the foundation."

*He says, as he picks up a file with my name on it*

Name: Chub D teach

Codename: 'Dclan'

Age: 25

Date of Birth: 03/21/19██

Weight: 170 lb

Chub grew up in a dusty outback town with his brothers, Chubsworth and Chuba. The town barely held itself together, kept alive by truckers passing through and the cattle ranches that stretched out in every direction. on most days chub would be messing around outside with his brothers and the neighborhood kids playing army games with sticks and rocks but most of all they loved walking by the fence as far as an eye can see just talking and walking but that faithful day as his dad was hanged at the gallows. after that day chubsworth was a lot more quiet then usually and was always in his books about but that didn't bother chub that much he would just push it down .

[6 years latter]
on Chubs 18 eighteenth birthday he had no plans for to college and just to work at his uncles cabbage truck company. Then his cousin gave him a name of a warehouse and address, he said these guys pay top dollar just to be security at some dumb facility and guard some big boxes were they keep animals that they test drugs on. Upon Chub's first day, he was fitted with a helmet, an mp7, and he was given his CL2 keycard. He was told to not let anyone into this chamber, without a cl3 or higher, and then suddenly alarms and sirens started to go off. From the pa system, it said "code 5". There was nothing in Chub's manual about a "code 5". As he's looking around for someone to tell him what to do, a hellish dog-looking-thing burst through the door. Chub will later find out those were 939 instances, he starts shooting these 939 instances with just look, they look like hell-hounds to him. He started dumping magazine after magazine into them, and then as a 939 instance slumped at his feet he passed out from fear. Chub awakens in a hospital bed, with no windows, as two people in heavy duty gear are at the foot of his bed. One says, you're now a part of MTF Epsilon 11 "nine tailed fox". After being select for MTF, MTF Epsilon 11 operative chub would work his way through the trial period, and then finally becoming a full member of MTF Epsilon 11 of site 65. He would start quickly to work his way up the ranks, becoming a commissioned officer, mentoring newer operatives, earning accolades, updating procedures, and working is way up to Epsilon-11 Commander

I can't emphasize this enough, +support. Chub is one of the main reasons I continue to work within E-11 as part of the CO team. He has demonstrated unwavering support and care for our team. We truly wouldn't be in the same position without him as the commander. I highly recommend him for the transfer.

Chub is and actual human being who cares and supports those around him, I've seen the way he has demonstrated this over and over again within my tenure as E-11 CO. He has encourage many of the members within E-11 sprout and find thier own RP within site wether it be within a different MTF or even non-combative, and he has no issue guiding them every step of the way.

Good person overall, I do believe you are a good leader.
No senior CL4 positions other than COM
Not the best applicant
You could've put more dedication into this application, there are lots of grammar and spelling mistakes that could be fixed. I see this on a reflection on how you write documents in game as well.

I would recommend you get more non-combative CL4 roles such as executive, OSA, ect. before going to SA as you will be more prepared for the site admin role.

You are a good person, but the application is lacking, and the orthography is incorrect in some places. I am also unsure what RP you have created that makes you more qualified for SA than others, and why you stated you want to become SA looks pretty questionable. I have inserted some examples below on why I believe this application is a little lacking in some places.

1. The U.S has a Legal Codex, but FLC is a UK term which makes me wary of if you copied this or it was just a mix up on the abbreviation.
- Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC

2. This isn't a really good reason to want to apply as you are basically saying you would like to authorize tests, it seems very little in retrospect of all the things Site Admin can help with. As well on "off peak hours" site admin authorization can only help so much in doing a test as there are other parties needed such as E-11, D Class, an SCP, etc.
However, I’ve noticed that many Senior and Executive Researchers operate in unusual time zones similar to mine. There have been multiple instances where a test is fully prepared and ready to begin, but it’s delayed due to the unavailability of a Site admin to give Auth. I believe I could help alleviate these delays by being available during those off-peak hours and ensuring research can proceed smoothly.

3. Passive breaches are something many people can have done and doesn't necessarily make someone special or really suitable for SA. *you also spelled bored wrong
I've spend my tenure in E-11 getting E-11 back to its formal glory as I've spent over months reshaping and reforming E-11 for example doing passive breaches whenever E11 is board

4. What RP are you helping to provide for research and medical from a Commander standpoint that others cannot provide? As well what buffs have you helped to get for E-11?
research and medical wants to do some RP and being in constant contact with event team trying to get E11 more buffs or change and what not

5. What RP do you plan to provide that other cannot, as well if you as the E-11 commander could not already "heal all of the burned relationships" how would becoming SA change that?
I am also eager to work in an higher up administrative position to be able to create more RP and healing all of the burned relationships E-11 has had with other departments and regiments

6. You are basically saying that the reason you want to become Site Administration is to have more power? This doesn't really seem like a valid reason to want to become Site Administration.
The second reason i want to rise through the ranks even more than i have since i have no where to go from commander and site administration is the first logical place

image(1).pngTaken on the us server about 1 minute ago, the us has had the FLC for a very long time, as a general population legal codex would make no sense within the foundation, which is why the a foundation legal codex is a thing. This is a term used both on the US and UK server.

+support, chub has always been a good person to work with while in e11, and I only had to talk to him a couple times about e11 being unethical while I was ecm, hes done very very well in e11 and going to SA would be a good progression for him.

yeah, I just pointed it out because I only really see it abbreviated as FLC on the UK most just refer to it as the Legal Codex on the U.S side.
