What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion allows intelligent SCPs such as SCP-035, SCP-049, and similar entities to induce FearRP.

Rather than being limited to threats of harm if they do not do as they say which does not get protected under fearrp rules.

These SCPs would be able to use intimidation, manipulation, or psychological pressure to FearRP Foundation personnel properly so that these personnel may be forced to follow orders due to they're weak-minds when faced with SCPs that have lived long enough to master the art of conversation.

For example:

- If SCP-049 walks into a room with a personnel that is completely alone and doesn't have a gun out. He may commit Fearrp where he may force the person to inform false information to combatives of his location.

- SCP-035 may psychologically torment another user's mind to become a slave if he captures them and they're alone., leading to them helping 035 escape. And marked for termination.

Of course MTF personnel, and Sr Level-4 Personnel will be exempt from this SCP Fearrp as they're pretty stone-hearted.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
N/A

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
  • Allows for more accurate roleplay for intelligent SCPs who rely on manipulation and fear to breach more than brute force.
  • Expands FearRP.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
  • May need clear boundaries to prevent abuse or confusion about what qualifies as valid FearRP, we can't have a janitor running up to 035 and saying "OH NO, I'M YOUR SLAVE NOW. I'M GONNA PULL OUT MY GUN AND MURDER EVERYONE."
  • Limitations on who can be Fearrp'd by scps may need to be more defined.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Adds more SCP roleplay during Breaches and we know that there's not enough roleplay during breaches currently.

I mean, with good enough RP, I don't see why these examples wouldn't be an issue from a staff perspective. They are both incredibly cunning and intelligent SCPs, and they are physically able to do this. I don't exactly see the issue here. Is the purpose behind the suggestion to FORCE people to comply or be warned for FearRP? Because that isn't exactly a good way to RP stuff out.

On US if someone is in the same room with SCP and isn't killed its classified as teaming

???????

I'm fairly certain SCPs are already able to cause FearRP, especially easier than any other role. Is this a US suggestion?
It was ruled previously that SCPs cannot inflict FearRp, even to cuffed people.

I dont think this is a good idea, its going to be used to spam out 035 breaches similar to 096 breaches except this is going to be a source of quite literally infinite breach tools for 035 to mass breach.
