What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Although I do appreciate the additions to the current clipboard, there are some basic issues at hand that need to be fixed aswell as some other QOL features that should be implemented.
There are a few bugs or extremely important QOL changes that I feel would significantly improve the use of the clipboard, and therfore improve RP. As mentioned later, documents are where RP first starts. Most if not all ideas, research, interviews, medical studies, interrogations, documentation of anomalous events, SCP files, treason, and MORE (I could literally go on and on) are written down and stem from the clipboard. It is an essential part of the server and requires updating. This would include:
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Probably so, not sure if everything in here has been.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Will 100% improve the quality of documents on the server. Old documents will still need to have supported features while still supportign newer features (such as font size). This means that some documents may need to be removed or just turn blank.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Alongside developing a new feature there is obvious bugs that may occur. I cannot think of anything else.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Everything has been mentioned. There are some serious bugs that impact the quality of creating roleplay, one of the most essential things in the server, and what makes the server what it is today. Documents are the literal foundation and backbone of where creativity is collected into the creation of fun RP.

Bugs:
> New line bug : This is extremely important. When you create a new line, (by pressing enter), and attempt to type before that line it messes up the entirety of the structure, sometimes even moving your cursor side to side making it genuinley impossible to type.
> Change redacted button to store&replace/overlay selected text with the unicode 'full block': █ symbol. If not, make it so you can select different redaction styles e.g., [ REDACTED ] OR <DATA-EXPUNGED> from a dropdown. Redacting selected paragraphs tends to bug, and tends to only redact the left-most side, while leaving often entire words unredacted, although selected. Redacting a selection when there are blank `\n` / new lines within the text you are redacting in displaces the redaction, often showing the text you wanted to redact while hiding something else.

QOL:
> Adding tables to the clipboard, similar to how they work in word where you're able to delete the table/add a table using a dropdown allowing you to enter the amount of rows and columns through an input box
> Re-organizing the clipboard to resemble more of a text editor layout, with different text-size features compacted into one, allowing for bold, italics, font size input box with +-, etc... This reduces the need for "Small text" etc... Limit text size to minimum 5 to prevent character spam.
> Removing unnecessary watermarks, and replacing them with actually well designed and neat alternatives. E.g., remove all and implement:
- Confidential, Classified, Restricted, Top Secret
of which, Classified+ would have the black document in cabinets. These would feature a stamp or piece of text in the margin showing which classification they are. Additionally only people with bio CL4+ are able to select or view the "Top Secret" option, of which CL3 and below will have grayed out. This will allow for the document to be coded, and hackable (Similar to briefcase). Additionally having a classification of Restricted, or Top Secret would prevent photo-copying or scanning of the document permanently, unless the person holding the document has a BIO CL4.
> Positioning/CENTERING & Indents in text. We need centering. At the moment it is almost impossible to tell without trial and error whether or not text is where it actually is when printed, as the two are essentially seperate. The formatting on the printed document is always different/similar to the clipboard.
> Enabling accessible text chat, so you can view / respond to comms while typing in clipboard.
> AUTO SAVING / BACKUP FILES. This would work by having it so that every time you close the clipboard, it saves the document to a seperate document. This can be toggleable but should remain on. Will have a collapsible section within the "Load document" tab, (at the bottom) which is titled "auto save".
