Since being back on site, I have not seen any RP creation from you or really any great performances that show you could elevate to SA. From what I have seen you are slightly leaning in my opinion towards your old performance when you were younger and I would hate to see that. I will be leaving a -Support at this moment.

Actually I got to thinking after I saw a glimpse of some work you did recently and I actually want to apologise as when I looked once again I actually saw that you have been making good progress and I do think SA could be your next step. We worked in Ethics together and even then you were doing a good job, you definitely have the skill if you were able to reach commissioner whilst it’s such a competitive role so I think if you can get that role why not SA.
