What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Wars between two groups of Foundation (Ex. A1 vs O1) has been something that happens for a very long while, but it is very odd that there are no server rules for this type of activity, on could even argue that these two groups are simply commiting Mass RDM. I think that a rule would help formalize this activity, creating rules would also help create boundaries for this type of activity, as of right now someone doing a War can just do whatever they want.
A few boundaries of this rule would be:
- It's necessary to announce the groups that are involved in the War and location of where it's happening
- It's necessary approval of SL
- A War cannot happen while there's a ongoing code (excluding a Riot)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I was not able to find someone suggesting the addition of rules for Wars
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Formalizing this activity would make it so other groups do not get involved in a War (ISD may think that the group is commiting Treason and killing Foundation Personnal)
- Creating boundaries for this type of activity would allow so they dont interfere with other players just trying to play the game
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Players who already do Wars may not want this change so they can keep doing it without any boundaries
- Another thing that Staff would have to moderate over
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
In my opinion War's are very jaring for someone who's just playing the server and don't know whats going on, for them a group of players are just killing each other and going unpunished, and may think that's because of their rank.
