SCP-RP USA

Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:

Holding: Investigator, E-11 LCPL. Held: E-11 SGT 2x, E-11 SPC 2x, E-11 LCPL (all different times), GenSec SGT, Nu-7 SPC, DEA Senior Agent.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Toxicity Warning: I got this warning in 2023 when I first joined the server. I can’t say much about it since I don’t really remember it.
RDM Warnings: I have 9 RDM warnings and 1 ARDM warning. These were all at least 7 months ago, most of them longer. Again, I can’t say much about most of these since I don't remember them.
Failrp Warnings: I have 10 Failrp warnings. They were all at least 5 months ago.
NLR Warnings: I have 2 NLR warnings. For these, I’m pretty sure it was when I first joined IA back in the day and arrested people after they said they had already died. These were all at least 13 months ago.
FearRP Warnings: I have two FearRP warnings. I’m guessing they are from me thinking you need 3 people to FearRP someone with a gun out, since that’s how it was on another server. These were exactly 2 years ago.
Micspam Warnings: I have three Micspam warnings for using a soundboard. These were 25 months ago.
Metagaming Warnings: I have two Metagaming warnings, one I have no clue what it was. But the other (the very recent one), I wrote a complaint about, but sadly, it was denied. If you want to see it, check my profile. The other one was 19 months ago.
Bans: I have 3 bans. My first was for RDM(C) of July 11, 2023. My second was a permanent ban for “Banned by Network Leadership.” If you really want to know, you can ask me on Discord. My third and hopefully final ban was a 10-month ban for Major Glitching (Duping). It was on April 19, 2025. I have severely regretted and put serious thought into this ban to make sure I will never make that mistake again.
All of these warnings are really old, and I have tried my hardest not to show and not redo the mistakes I made to get these warnings and bans.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

I am applying for the Inspector position because I have been striving to reach an accomplishment that actually matters. I want to be able to carry out more impactful duties. Many of those are comparable to those of an Inspector. I know that it is a great responsibility to be one of the main CL4 representatives for the Internal Security Department; however, I am sure that I will not make a fool of this extremely important department, which I have known for the longest time. I want to be a more involved member in the decision-making and operations of the department. I want to be able to use my given resources to be a much more useful and proactive asset to the Foundation. I want to take these responsibilities, and I want to act upon them with the utmost excellence I can provide. I want to be an example for future Inspectors and any aspiring ISD members.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

I believe I am suitable for the position of Inspector because I have done many good things for my department. I have given people advice many times on subjects they may not have known much about. I have tried my best to be a role model for other ISD while trying to be as modest as possible. I have never and will never intentionally blame my fellow foundation staff for something they simply didn’t know of. The only exception to this is if what they did caused severe repercussions. If this is the case, I would try to be as light as I can on them, with my actions still being justifiable. I completely understand that my warnings show a past of mine that was just like the often-repeated offenders we have every day. However, I can guarantee with all of my sincerity that I am no longer the same idiotic person who used to think that was all funny and would never matter. I have shown too many people that I can take responsibility into my hands and fulfill it. I have pushed for more information to be put out on how to further do the jobs of certain people, and to a degree a have succeeded on this goal.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:

First of all, someone who is professional when it matters most. Someone who is open to answering questions and will not run away because they don't want to. Someone who will be active and show what the Internal Security Department is. They are never afraid to conduct reports or arrests on people, even if they are a powerful figure. A perfect Inspector will never show unjust opinions or bias. They will always get the full story before giving their opinion. They will never be prejudiced against any personnel, no matter what group they belong to. They are someone who is not afraid to ask for help if they need it. They are someone who will know if something is too big for them. A true Inspector will not go overboard with their power they have been given. They will be a role model for other ISD. Lastly, and most importantly, an ISD Inspector should have excellent knowledge of the FLC and all it covers.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality? I have written plenty of arrest/incident reports. However, other than that, not very much, since there isn’t a big opportunity as CL3 ISD. I am always looking for more opportunities to prove myself, so if I do get the opportunity, I will take part in it.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
There are many responsibilities for an ISD Inspector, so I will format them in a list.
1. To manage the lower-ranking ISD
2. To host trainings for your respective branch if FTE decide it isn’t their duty (like what happened with PO)
3. To answer any questions from other foundation staff
4. To perform your CL4 duties from your department. For example, PO general tribunals and higher.
5. Provide Summary Adjudications for personnel when they request
6. Provide disciplinary action towards lower-ranking ISD when needed

There are many more responsibilities; however, it is simply unreasonable for someone to list every single one. So this is just a list of the main ones.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

I am constantly online. My Vtime at the current moment for the month is: 7 days, including a break I took earlier in the month. This proves that I will continue to be one of the most active ISD members. I will be constantly trying to support roleplay throughout the opportunities I have as ISD, trying to make sure that we actually think about arrests instead of doing the bare minimum. I will actively attempt to push for checkpoints to be set up, especially during code 1. I will try to make our department use its enhanced responsibilities to our advantage and manage them according to our situation at the time of assignment.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Ten years ago, Banko Phil was a regular citizen who committed first-degree murder and was sentenced to death row. Then one faithful day, he was transported to another prison, except this wasn’t a normal prison. He was brought to Site-65 as Class-D personnel. He surprisingly survived through 4 tests and was granted a Low Security classification. From here, he only went through the much less dangerous work permit route. He served one year as a Class-D Trustee. He long ago realized that he was past his 30-day stay. But at this point, he found out from another Class-D that this would happen. After three years, Site Administration decided that they would do something they had never done before. They promoted Banko Phil from Class-D personnel to Class-C personnel. This meant he would start his work as a clearance 1 personnel. He was chosen for a position as a General Security Cadet. He was shamed for being a Class-D in his past by other security personnel. After 5 months, everyone started to get off his case about it and started treating him as normal. It took another 7 months to get a promotion to Guard. But from there, he was promoted pretty rapidly. Once he got to Officer, he decided to try out for the Internal Security Department. His reasoning behind this was to get rid of the corruption in this horrible crime ridden Site. As Banko Phil went through his duties, he was able to learn pretty fast how to properly do his job through the materials set up for the ISD CL3 personnel. He saw the total lack of tribunals and realized what his passion in this department was: the Prosecutor’s Office. He went through the ranks of Operative to Investigator after being in the department for 3 weeks. From here, he tried to learn how to successfully do a tribunal. He made a few mistakes, causing doubt in his abilities to spread. He pushed for further documentation on how to be a PO Investigator and succeeded to a degree. From there, as soon as he got off trial, he put in his application to Inspector. Because of his backstory as a Class-D, it was tough, but he barely passed the Inspector vote and achieved his rank.

That is the longest list of warnings and such I've ever seen.
Age / Maturity
Lore to go from a D-Class to a CL4 Position doesn't make sense.

Is active

Played with and is not too bad to play with.

Didnt you try to arrest Gensec Captain for going in medbay armory?
I told Captain Abner that I believed he couldn't go into the mebay armoury. He said (or at least from my memory) he can, but didn't care to elaborate when I asked. Remember, at that time, I was an operative and I had no knowledge of the policy between Gensec and Medical, since I didn't plan on looking. Only until I reported the situation to an Inspector did the Inspector inform me of this policy.

Most cl4s are allowed in there at any time besides RSD. Code of Conduct 2.9 lists certain examples including the medbay armory which there is other means to enter such as being a cl4(again besides RSD).

It says that "Examples of this include, but are not limited to" in reference to the site access guidelines, using it as a way of telling where someone can and cannot go, relieving confusion. The site access guidelines of that time did not say that. It said that for Gensec, they could only enter under a certain set of conditions. Unless I was missing something from those time's guidelines, that would still apply to a Captain.

Hello, @banko

After holding a vote within ISD leadership, the conclusion is that this application is to be rejected.

Please feel free to contact a Commissioner+ for feedback on your performance or for any other questions you have.

Sincerely,
