Content Suggestion Reverse the 076 speed change

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Reverse the 076 speed debuff

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No, I have not seen any other similar suggestion.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1; makes 076 usefull again
2;makes people who bought VIP for SCPs happy again

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Backlash from certain players.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

Ever since the speed debuff 076 has been getting terminated MINUTES after he breaches (that's if he breaches at all anymore,since in CI comms they say "its shit now" all the time).
And the reason that's how it is is because 076 is a CLOSE RANGE melee SCP, you need solid speed to be usefull and not a 5 second sprint with a 10 second cooldown like it is now.
 
wouldn't be surprise when everyone starts complain about that because there bored.
I have said this before and I'll say it again:

If there are no scps then there is no need for Researchers or E11
If there are no Researchers there is no need for dclass
If there are no dclass then there is no more dblock
If there is no dblock then there is no need for security

If no one wants to play as an scp(even if its just to go afk and rampage across site) then the entire server suffers cause 3 whole factions arent needed. Alongside that if there is no SCPs then there is no need for HCZ in general and that leads credence to there not needing to be CI on the server besides them being the "were here to be assholes" group that a roleplay server needs to not be stale.

The ability switch was a BAD decision but it was made with good intentions in mind. 076 was too annoying to battle and 457 was too weak but now they've quite literally reversed the roles. 076 is pathetic and 457 is the gameplay equivalent of a terminal disease.

076 should be able to sprint indefinitely again.. HOWEVER, it should be slower than it was before. The big issue about humanoid SCPs is that they don't have a particularly large hitbox, making it hard to hit them consistently if they're running like they're mad. 076 would benefit greatly from being able to run again but with much less speed than it had before. You used to have to be on potent and actively beaming 076 to slow it down and even then it'd catch up.

Now, if we were to give it running speed slightly higher or even similar to a regular player it'd be a lot better to fight against and as.

We could also make it a bit wackier - Give it the running speed of regular humans but maybe give it some form of a lunge where it can catch up to Potent users or penetrate firing lines.

Regardless, cure my boy.. He NEEDS TO RUN!

How about right click being a lunging stab, kind of like what some killers have in DbD.
