DESCRIPTION: At approximately ██:██ a containment breach occurred on Site-██ containing an SCP TYPE-GREEN instance designated as BETA. During the containment breach, an Epsilon-11 Foxtrot unit of three operatives, lead by Lieutenant Gabriel Angel, was sent out to deal heavy damage to the anomaly until reinforcements could be sent. At ██:██ they located and opened fire on the anomaly dealing massive damage and causing it to retreat, in return the foxtrot unit pursued the anomaly and cornered it by ████████, right outside of the Heavy Containment Zone. In retaliation the anomaly used its abilities against the squad, causing the head of Sergeant [DATA-EXPUNGED] to rupture, killing him instantly. After that, Lance-Corporal [DATA-EXPUNGED] placed down a tool known as a Scranton Reality Anchor in order to nullify the anomaly before it can target him and LT Gabriel. However as the anchor was deploying the shield, Lieutenant Gabriel's left arm was disintegrated, as the shield was activating, leaving him unconscious. After that the Lance-Corporal chased and opened fire on the anomaly before it manifested a ███████ sniper rifle and killed him.

LT Gabriel Angel:
- Rendered unconscious for █ days
- Bruising to head and knees upon falling unconscious
- Received fourth degree burns on left arm. Scans show burns started at the hand then spread up the arm and ended just below the shoulder. Scranton Reality Anchor was able to help preserve the rest of his body, though because of its delay, the left arm of LT Gabriel had to be amputated.
