Accepted Add the Personnel and Laws tabs to the Tac Tablet

What does it Add/Change/Remove?:

This would add the Personnel and Laws tabs to the Tactical Tablet for GOC. And all MTF with Warfunds

Has this been suggested Before?:

No

Positives:

Less Cluttered Hotbars for Warfund users
Don't have to switch between Tablets

Negatives:

Dev Time

Why should this be accepted?:

This should be accepted as the GOC already have cluttered hotbars, meaning that you have to scroll down a massive list just to get one item, so making this easier would be a QoL update. And I suppose it could work for other GOIs too

Already happening, after the next update from me the tac tablet will function as a direct upgrade to the personnel tablet
