What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Adds a slight buff to the damage of the G36C.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Most of the similar suggestions have been mostly about changing the gun on the combat medic job entirely but have since been denied dude to the fact that the G36C isn't on any other jobs except for Combat Medic (The gun was explained to be unique). I can deal with the fact that the gun wont be changed due to the uniqueness of the gun so instead of changing the gun on the combat medic kit i decided it may be better to buff the gun itself so it is generally useable in combat situations.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It would give the Combat Medics more ability to fight CI(and not mag dump a single CI for the CI to live and for the CM to get killed in 2 shots), Deal with riots with the request of Gensec(the fact of the G36C having quite a good bit of recoil the lower damage makes it extremely difficult to even help in combative situations with Dclass). It would give more cause to use the actual base kit for Combat Medic Rather than buying a permanent weapon or trying to get one from the armory lockers.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If done incorrectly (not being able to find a middle ground for damage) would cause the G36C to be too OP and would overshadow other guns. (there isn't much of a downside other than that if there is please prove me wrong)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Over the course of me being a Combat Medic (on the US server) for about 2 years the G36C has not really changed to fit the changing of other Regiments guns, additions of newer SCPs, or changing of CI weapons/weapon damage including with the changing of other jobs weapons we have become more of a combative role being called to deal with specifically combative situations(at least on the US Server) and less about the fact we can heal people or revive killed/downed personnel. I plus a few others have tested the G36C and have seen that damage wise the gun is severely lacking.

I don't think that a job that's supposed to support other jobs (i.e against CI with Nu-7) needs to have a weapon on par / stronger than a perma or MTF weapons. You're a Combat Medic, and honestly some of them don't heal enough as it is. God help me any time I don't want to use my mic and I try to ask a CM on his 15th run to CI for healing.

Aside from that, in my experience the G36 has felt fine and not really that underpowered. Yeah it's not as strong as the L85 or ERAD or permas, but I think for a job like a Combat Medic a gun that's as strong as those isn't necessary.

CM is already one of the most powerful combat classes purely because they respawn in medbay, which is almost ALWAYS close to the action, making them a better QRF than even GSD, due to their ability to whittle down CI when they go anywhere close to medbay, the fast redeployment should not be overlooked.

Not to mention their very high survivability due to their ability to self heal, heal others and revive each other, in the right hands they are deadly.

G36 is an incredibly weak rifle and we shouldnt have to be forced to spend money just to have a gun strong enough to compete in most firefights. If we cant get a new weapon it at least needs a damage buff

As an avid Medical Department/Combat Medic user. I find myself not using the G36C during engagements at all whatsoever, instead using my perma-guns I purchased for the sole reason not to use the G36C. It is a poor weapon in terms of damage and recoil control. However, I haven't had much problem with the recoil aspect of the weapon, I'd much prefer either a slight damage buff or faster fire rate. Yes, they're a COMBAT. MEDIC, their supposed to have healing primarily first during engagements but that's a poor reasoning to not buff the CM in some way. They still need to be able to defend themselves and hold themselves up in a gunfight if other combative are either dead or unavailable. They get the brunt of a lot of conflict near LCZ/D-Block/Med-Bay and they need to have something unique but also useable. I've very rarely seen any CM use the G36C, much preferring the ARX or the AS-Val. Myself Included. Which say's a lot about the current state of the weapon.

Unless its true that you can "mag dump" someone with the gun and they wont die, I don't think it should be buffed. You have to consider the rest of the advantages CM has that make a slightly worse gun negligible - spawn location (objectively best in F) and medkit/defibs in loadout. Plus consider that CMs are most often utilized in d-block and there the enemies have no armor and pistols

He's not arguing that we don't have a good spawn what he's arguing is that the weaponry we get compared to forces such as Ci are so negligible that at this point its almost impossible to assist AMTF's with Code 1's
