What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Adds a slight buff to the damage of the G36C.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Most of the similar suggestions have been mostly about changing the gun on the combat medic job entirely but have since been denied dude to the fact that the G36C isn't on any other jobs except for Combat Medic (The gun was explained to be unique). I can deal with the fact that the gun wont be changed due to the uniqueness of the gun so instead of changing the gun on the combat medic kit i decided it may be better to buff the gun itself so it is generally useable in combat situations.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It would give the Combat Medics more ability to fight CI(and not mag dump a single CI for the CI to live and for the CM to get killed in 2 shots), Deal with riots with the request of Gensec(the fact of the G36C having quite a good bit of recoil the lower damage makes it extremely difficult to even help in combative situations with Dclass). It would give more cause to use the actual base kit for Combat Medic Rather than buying a permanent weapon or trying to get one from the armory lockers.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If done incorrectly (not being able to find a middle ground for damage) would cause the G36C to be too OP and would overshadow other guns. (there isn't much of a downside other than that if there is please prove me wrong)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Over the course of me being a Combat Medic (on the US server) for about 2 years the G36C has not really changed to fit the changing of other Regiments guns, additions of newer SCPs, or changing of CI weapons/weapon damage including with the changing of other jobs weapons we have become more of a combative role being called to deal with specifically combative situations(at least on the US Server) and less about the fact we can heal people or revive killed/downed personnel. I plus a few others have tested the G36C and have seen that damage wise the gun is severely lacking.
