What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Changes 939 basemodel to the suggested (and linked) model.
Current one is awful and we've had better ones available through pac3 for years.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Y/N. Prior suggestions have mentioned this...
However - and this is important, none of them have actually provided a suitable basemodel replacement that fit server requirements (low filesize as to not bloat CN's already 4+GB download)
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Better Roleplay opportunities (sleeping/submission)
+Better hitbox->model interactions (current 939 has issues with the hitbox being taller than the actual model, making it weird to shoot at times)
+Better PAC3 usage on 939 without having to resort to base model edits (which would make them more accessible and reduce the overhead needed on PAC3 users)
+939 is more intimidating due to the larger stature and less cartoonish design (reflects their higher HP)
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
+/-939 abusing the sleep animation to go undetected (this is also a positive feature as it allows 939 to better hide and actually 'predate' people once it escapes on surface/in LCZ)
-939 being visually confusing for people used to the old model (people have sometimes failed to recognise this is 939 at first sight)
-Potential issues with having to re-code the SWEP slightly to support all of the new animations (this can be offloaded to pac3 entirely but preferably would be accessible to all users. E.G I have bound the sniffing animation to rightclick using pac3)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's just overall an improvement for the server w/ very little downsides. Low effort at that too!
It also happens that unfortunately PAC3 is a buggy mess at best, and outright nonfunctional at worse as the server gets higher playercounts (the pac3 not correctly wearing for new joins) requiring users to re-wear it during and before breaches at times or else they may become error signs (unfortunately due to how SCPs work a basemodel replacement was needed for the most common 939 pac3s). Just helps nix a lot of issues in the bud.

The model WAS originally found by 'Cuddles' (now going by LT 'Doe', aka Roxy)
Should also be noted that this model has been used by GM's prior (the 939 surface cave event for example, used this for all of the 939 instances inside) - where several of them were kidnapped by all three factions for their own use cases. I don't forsee any issues with this suggestion because of that alone; plus multiple PAC3 use cases with this have been authorized prior (hence why we can use it despite being a base model replacement)

For some reason, I didn't recognise it because of the pic's filter
