Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: It was during my time where i watched
The youtubers who play on CG Scp server doing like stupid things and causing chaos and i sort of followed them
I Changed my acting and i have stopped the idiotic things.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I am applying for the Executive Researcher position because my experiences both within and outside the department have shown me that Research is where I truly belong. I have explored other departments outside such as ISD, which offered valuable experiences and unique attributes. However, none have provided the same level of personal and professional fulfillment as Research.
One of my main motivations is the positive direction set by the former Directors. Their priorities, structure, and philosophy strongly aligned with my own. I aim to continue and build upon their work, rather than replace it. I highly respect their methods and am eager to contribute my own perspective to further advance the department.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I think that I am a good fit for the role of the Executive Researcher because the way I have dealt with the department at all times is definitely more than the mere “running of tests.” I have always been the kind of individual who has been involved and passionate about the development of the department into a place that everyone would like to be a part of. I have always led the group naturally, irrespective of whether I was actually the lead individual or not.
As an Executive Researcher, I was extremely active within the department, helping out with paperwork and/or new researchers, developing project ideas, and keeping good contact with other branches of the site. As a researcher, my overall goal is and always has been to make Research a well-organized, enjoyable, and fulfilling department. Even after leaving Research, I liked to discuss Research with others in depth and share ideas and thoughts about it simply because of a genuine interest in and concern for the state of the department. Working in other departments, even ISD, has solidified for me that Research is truly where my interest is.
That which distinguishes me from other candidates is that I have both creative and structural strengths:
• I am a detail-driven person who strives for excellence in documentation, improving documentation quality, organization, and overall quality at all times.
• I also designed Research branding and icons as well as posters for the Research department to help them establish brand recognition.
• I came up with project management approaches aimed at making broader tests, cross-tests, and teamwork more organized and rewarding.
• I always network with researchers at all levels of clearance, making them feel supported and motivated rather than overlooked.
• I depend upon communication in relation to problematic players, at times steering non-engagement into productive research work by lending meaning and direction.
• I feel I have a clear understanding of what constitutes meaningful RP and tend to gravitate toward facilitating meaningful interactions and notations for others.
Moreover, I believe my return offers valuable perspective. Having been out of the department offers me the ability to see what is working well, what is trending negatively, and where my focus should be. I recognize the significance of building upon what has been established before me while offering constructive efforts within that established framework.
Research would benefit from having leaders who are engaged, caring, and have the skills and ability to gather people around them. I have always demonstrated that I possess the skills and abilities necessary to improve quality, support researchers, and foster an environment in which RP would flourish even in an unstable environment. In conclusion, I am qualified because I care, I have experience, I have in-depth knowledge of the department, and I am able to contribute to the department in my capacity as an Executive Researcher.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written?: have written 2 excellent-graded documents . An excellent document demonstrates both a strong understanding of SCP lore and thoughtful in-universe logic. It should include.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Oversee and assist researchers in document creation related to the preparation of experiment proposals and proper test procedures.
The researchers are to follow the server and Foundation protocol at all times in conducting SCP testing.
Grade documents to provide feedback that will enable others to understand and improve.
Ensure professionalism and act as a role model for new and existing researchers.
Organize and approve large-scale and high-risk experiments.
Establish positive relations with other departments and site administrators.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Theodore Peterson starting point was the position of a senior researcher at Site-17, where he focused on the analysis of anomaly long-term behavior patterns, with particular attention to the coordination of different departments. He was known for his ability to remain calm when faced with difficult situations, a practical researcher who documented every step of his work, thus making it easy to trust him with critical pieces of information. He played a crucial role in averting failures following a number of containment breaches at Site-17.
After his years at the Foundation, Peterson was assigned to work at Site-65 as a Senior Researcher to help the research division at the site to become more stable.
During the course of ten years at Site-65, Peterson was extensively involved in various observation of experiments. His skill set in ensuring the proper progression of science while focusing on the organizational aspect of security made Peterson a sought-after counsellor for Site Command. After years of regular performance, Peterson was promoted to the rank of Executive Researcher.
