Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I've had previous experience before as staff for other communities as a Moderator and Admin not only in GMOD but other game communities
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: My most proudest achievement in-game was being the lead researcher for an event back in 2024 I think it was, basically there was this weird entity in a suit with skin that was pure static teleporting around and stuff. I was put in the position to spearhead all of the questions and interactions as a thaumatologist and produce a high quality document on the entity.
Although it's not the craziest thing, for me at the time it was huge deal since I didn't play research roles much so having that opportunity to be at front of it all really made it a great time for me.
But if I were to add in a secondary thing I'm also proud of it was ALMOST being able to reach Intel Ambassador however I was unable to due to them refusing any more Ambassadors since Beta-1 was being introduced.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because it's a way for me to give back to the community and help improve their roleplay experience. Ever since I first started playing on the server it's been really fun and a great atmosphere while playing, I want to help give that same experience to others but while also expanding further to bring that extra bit of security to their time on the server. I also want to be staff because I believe I'm pretty good at solving conflicts/queries even under pressure which would clear any issues that players might have and overall just make the server go smoother in terms of moderation by being that person that players can rely on to help them out when a rule has been broken or an issue has happened
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team it'd be the responsiveness towards tickets when there aren't many staff on. I've noticed that sometimes people who are staff do go AFK at points which pulls back the response time towards tickets which makes them build up and cause stress. I 'd be able to solve this by being the individual that reduces that build up of tickets during times like this and keep everything flowing smoothly!
