Yes, 2 RDM 1 in 2023, 1 in April, nlr and power gaming in Jan, name convention in Nov, afk in Jan, fail RP in April, inappropriate conduct in early May for saying a few words to someone that did not feel safe when I said it, got banned for 3 days for it, got banned for a week for macroing due to having auto clicker on for another game but didn't close out the server, and failrp for not giving my ID out during a false ID check both in oct.

Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?:
I'm running for Internal Security Director because I have been in ISD for 3 years now, over a year actively, and think it's time I step up to lead ISD in a direction that I can see where the past Directors and leaders like Asmodues, Kennedy, Red, Cedric, Kenndric, Baz, etc. wanted it to go. I believe I have put the time in, earned the knowledge, and proven that I have what it takes to take over ISD and show those great directors and leaders of the past that ISD is in great hands and will continue to be one of the best departments that ensure Internal Security of the Foundation.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
What makes me suitable for the position of Director for ISD would be primarily the experience that I have gain being an inspector for over 6 months and Commissioner of Training for almost 4 months. The knowledge that I have gain through trial and error, for over a year now has given me the confidence to not only lead those that I would be in charge of but also pass down what I have gain to ensure the future of ISD is bright for the foundation. I have proven my knowledge and leadership to those around me, high and low, by the training I give, the events that I take apart of whenever given a chance, and overall the connections I have built with people who would let me build ISD to have people around them trust them and ask for direction when lost.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
The Director of Internal Security is primarily responsible for the welfare and operational efficiency of the Internal Security Department. This involves managing manpower to ensure the department is adequately staffed and that all personnel have adequate knowledge and training for their jobs. The Director holds an oversight function about the operational status of the ISD, to ensure that resources are appropriately allocated and staff is always positioned to deal with security problems. Keeping good relationships within the department and with higher authorities is also a very important duty for the Director: the Director has to regularly interface with top authorities and lobby on and ensure that big changes are made. The Director monitors the integrity and efficacy of all regulations, codes of conduct, and codes of ethics. Gives out and monitors the mission of ISD, also by delegating tasks to commissioners.

Trust me I want to be in support because I know your the only one who knows what the director of isd needs to know. I also understand though you might not be the best for the position overall. Firstly you haven’t done a lot in your time as commissioner. It seems as though the majority of leadership was left to inspectors and directors until recently I’ve been seeing more. I’ve seen very little actual trainings hosted by you during your time as training commissioner. I would support you over 2 of the other commissioners which if they apply I’ll certainly respond to them too.

To be a little more coherent here are my reasons you aren’t in my opinion a good fit
1. Activity(most commissioners have struggled with this but I don’t see you on much)
2. Qualities of leadership(I have seen you make very few announcements and just don’t think you as well as others have been there to help)
3. Preforming trainings( your specific area of focus is trainings and I personally just haven’t seen you host may trainings personally and haven’t seen you help with concerns regarding failures in our training of new agents)

I don’t mean to only say the bad so here’s some reasons you would be a good fit
1. Your experience(You were around during in isd during when I joined isd so a pretty long time)
2. You understand alot(self explanatory but experiences have brought you to be more knowledgeable for the most part)
3. No other positions you hold which requires your attention( you are just in ISD which I can’t say for everyone which shows your focused on isd)


I’m really hoping you take my feedback as not just trashing you because I have negative things to say about everyone so you’re not alone. (And positive things but uh yeah) thanks for reading my incoherent yap
