List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: CI-B (Held), MTF Nu-7 CSG (Held), SCP-096, IA Ambassador (Held), EXEC Researcher (Held), Security Captain (Held), I also have all the licenses.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: A couple warnings mostly RDM and FearRp, and two bans that were short including Inappropriate Conduct and Document Griefing, none of which were done while playing as any important roles, just as a D-Class.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector? The reason I am applying for IS Inspector is because of my love and determination within ISD, I get so much enjoyment from this role as I am a huge nerd when it comes to tribunals and detective work, I pride myself on my attitude and professional behaviour when doing my duties as an investigator. Becoming an inspector would be familiar territory for me as I was an IA Ambassador when it was still a thing, which was also a CL4 role, I feel as though I have conducted myself quite well within ISD, I get along with everyone I interact with and the basic FLC violation descriptions are printed into my brain at this point.
-
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?: I have held several CL4 position before, as a Security Captain, an Executive Researcher and an IA Ambassador, this means I have experience with professionalism and responsibility, I am aware that CL4 members are on a pedestal and represent the very nature of the foundation, roleplay is very important when it comes to small leadership roles, I intend to act upon that with ferocity and determination.

I believe I have built a good reputation for myself within ISD, I have a passion for rightful justice and tribunal hearings, I plan on crafting my own operations for upcoming agents and looking out for tribunal opportunities, that way everyone can be involved with the great RP that tribunals offer. I would also like to add that ISD takes alot of flak in character, to be able to withstand the sheer verbal abuse and corruption is difficult alone, but to be able to remain composed and professional is a valuable skill, not being manipulated into breaking composure is not a common trait within SCP UK, without enlarging my own head here I would say I posess this ability and use it to my advantage when it comes to unruly individuals.
-
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?: Someone who takes charge, provides insight and opportunities for lower clearance members of ISD, giving others the chance to prove themselves a strong member of ISD will only improve us as a whole in the long run. I have great respect for all of my inspectors, they are all intuitive, smart, funny but also firm when it comes to roleplay and the FLC, we always have several operations on the go so there is always something to do besides patrolling around waiting for someone to breach the FLC, the job requires patience and the ability to communicate clearly with those who do not fully understand the FLC.

I can safely say that Internal Security Inspectors are who we go to when we are out of ideas or in need of guidance, they always provide it without fault, and I am so glad to be a part of it. ISD are the ones who remain vigilant and ensure order is retained within site, we do not just arrest people, we also save people, we create roleplaying opportunities, we defend those who cannot defend themselves and we do it all because it's what we enjoy doing, an inspector who knows what they are doing enforces that, watching everyone very closely when needed, they are the eyes at the back of your head and the goosebumps on your skin when something seems off, they are a welcoming reassurance.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?: I have written 6 excellent research documents on SCPs that aren't very popular, in order to give a better understanding to new researchers that enter the field, these contain numerous amounts of information and story telling material which opens up opportunities for roleplay, for example trying to domesticate 939 or seeing if a can of red bull will repel the effects of 966. In terms of ISD documentation, I have written an extensive investigation report regarding GSD, it was given to a site advisor who is looking into it, this scenario has been ongoing for about a week now and is getting better by the day, pictures, arrests and transcribed comms plastered on the pages, opening doors to roleplay for anyone interested. The key to good quality is to find a balance between information and storytelling, it must be informative but you must also ensure it grips the reader, you don't want them to nod off halfway through reading, so you make it more exciting to read but not too exciting as it can be perceived as a story alone rather than a mix of the two, templates are very important and so is structure, it has to be easy to read for everyone.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?: The duties of an inspector include - Training new agents/operatives, ensuring that ISD is being represented in a positive light, planning operations for agents and investigators to further their experience, providing assistance when higher clearance personnel have breached the FLC, teaching new ISD members valuable lessons to improve their attitude and performance within ISD. Furthermore they are responsible for the performance of lower clearance ISD, if a member is caught either abusing their power or breaching the FLC, it is usually handled by inspectors due to the delicate nature of it being an ISD employee. Inspectors are also looked to for roleplay including other CL4 personnel that otherwise wouldn't happen on it's own.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security: Leadership in general requires both a positive attitude and a firm hand when it comes to SCP RP, rules are broken alot on a daily basis, and it is up to the leadership roles to bring the hammer down on that behaviour, they represent the site as a whole, all CL4 personnel are expected to be professional and informative. I take pride in my knowledge of the site and the rules that keep it safe from anarchy, I do not let personal feelings get in the way of this, a non biased mindset is extremely crucial when leading others, not just to maintain the image but to ensure nobody projects their anger towards you if they suspect nepotism or a bias opinion.

I am a strong believer of firm but fair, you keep good relations going but make a compelling argument so that they understand and can reflect. Leaders also have to teach others, they are certaintly expected to educate the lower clearance members of SCP RP, in my experience it goes a long way to just have a talk with new members, you would be suprised how much they do not know in terms of rule breaks and FLC breaches, as some aren't listed but are expected to be known using common sense.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in: My character resembles a 1960s detective, a sharply dressed gentleman brandishing a fedora and a pistol at his side, determined to represent justice and honor. Jimbo 'Dapper' Jones was given his codename during his time at the academy, because even though it wasn't required, he always showed up wearing a suit and tie, and wearing the timeless classic that is a fedora, he prided himself on a strict dress code provided by himself, showing everyone that he intended on improving the image of law enforcement as a whole.

Jimbo's family growing up were both attentive and firm, his mother was an angel, saw the good in everyone and loved her children more than life itself, not a bad bone in her body, however the father was a hard man to please, questioning his sons intellegence every chance he got, it only got worse when Jimbo's brother Richard was killed during a failed sting operation, his brother's death is what fueled his need to bring justice, but it also brought dread and regret. The father blamed Jimbo for his brothers death, saying that if he hadn't been home that weekend to visit his mother, he may have been assigned that operation instead, Jimbo left home the next day, wishing his mother well and scolding his father, he passed the academy with flying colors, but Jimbo wanted more, he wanted more purpose and a sense that he was doing EVERYTHING in his power to help those who cannot help themselves.

Conclusion:
Losing my role as an IA Ambassador was a tough pill to swallow, I worked hard for that position but lost it due to real life complications, I promised myself I would try to get back to that role until I saw it no longer existed, the new rank structure is quite exstensive and clearly provides more broader opportunities for everyone on the server. I am so grateful to ISD for giving me this opportunity, I do hope you see just how passionate I am about this and how hard I work when on ISD, thankyou for the opportunity and thankyou for taking the time to read this application.
