What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
1. Limit who can be at d-block, theres no need for there to be ISD MTF armed cartographers ( figting instead of reserarch) and sometimes even UNGOC
2. Make the keypad to train yard not be biometric or make less noise while hacked so that its not heard.
3. Limit the weaponry of people at d-block, its really unfun when u organise a group of d-class to push. then when u enter outer d-bloc k u get mowed down by a single containement unit with an RPK. (or even ungoc jugg)
4. add a cooldown on shakedowns and 912 being sent into inner d-block for whatever reasons
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:[

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1. It would make d-class a more playable thing as people would actually be able to escape,
2. it would allow newer players that spawn in at d-block be more enticed by the server if they do
3. it would make c2's actually be a fun moment for both gensec and d-class instead of gensec just executing them instantly
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1. none that i can think off except for gensec being slightly less played
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
this suggestion should be accepted as it greatly improves a whole team and makes d-block actually fun to guard as instead of only stupid interaction with d-class. gensec would actually have to utilize strategies that they get from training instead of just having constant supremacy over dblock.
