Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?
I have two warnings that are recent, for FearRP and RDM/Failrp
Both of these warnings were given because of my stupidity as I tried to clip farm. Overall, I know they are recent, but Ive made myself a promise That I wont get into more trouble and wont act on the urge to make others laugh.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for the position of Site Advisor for few reasons (As expected in an application).

Primarly, I would like to involve myself more in roleplay. In the past, during my time as DoM and Department Manager, I know that I did not do as well as I could have in this area. But, I strongly believe that I have grown and improved since those times. My recent experience while playing as RSD let me finally understand what it means to create roleplay scenarios rather than just being there in themk. I know that I have disappointed some people in those times, and I want to show that I am now capable of creating good RP.

Secondly, I am determined to help and assist other departments. From all the time on CN, I got to know and got to like every departmen on the server, and I would love to help by sharing all the knowledge and experience I have gained. Due to the fact ive held leadership positions in the past, I understand the responsibilities and pressures that Directors feel. I want to be someone they can rely on and ask for help when needed.

Lastly, I genuinely enjoyed my previous time in as Site Advisor. I like this gameplay and the responsibility that are tied to it. I am not scared of obstacles and I am prepared to face any that may come my way.

Overall, I like this community and I am confident that I can make a positive impact as a Site Advisor.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?
Well, all things considered, I believe there is alot of things that makes me suitable for SA, and I will list them below.

Firstly, Experience.

As stated before, I have been on CN for 3 years. During that time, I have got to know what it feels like to be in every department, including most CL4 positions. I would say I have a good understanding of how each department works. And if there are any things where my knowledge is lacking, I am fully determined to learn.

Secondly, Behavior.
I consider myself a friendly and understanding person. I can relate to others, listen to them, and offer help if needed. While I am sometimes unhinged, I do understand when situations need professionalism and seriousness, and I can act differently for that. That said, I dont lose my composure easily, and If I feel i will loose it, I do leave and calm down.

Thirdly, Administrative Skills.

Over the past week, I have written two excellent and one almost excellent documents. Although they were test documents, they are showing my ability to make good documents. I also written documents in the past aswell, like the DEA handbook. I also have pretty good experience with google docs. I believe I am more than capable in this area.

Fourthly, Ability to Lead and Communicate.
I believe I have good leadership and communication skills. I can perform well under stress in situations that require it. I am capable of giving good instructions, resolving conflicts calmly, and making sure that everyone understands their responsibilities.

Fifthly, Roleplay.
As mentioned before, I have recently come to understand what it really means to create good roleplay rather than just participate in it. I now try to create engaging roleplay that enhances the experience for everyone involved. I believe this skill would make me a great advisor.

Lastly, Activity.
I am fairly active on the server. Nothing else to say to that.

Overall, there is more I could mention, but I believe I would only be repeating myself. I am confident that my ededication to improve makes me a suitable candidate for Site Administration.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration has many responsibilities. Once again, I will list the most important duties below.

Firstly, Roleplay.

As a member of SA, you are part of the senior CL4 personnel. This means you are expected not only to participate in roleplay but also to create it. They can do this by themselfs by creating small scenes or operations. They also can contact GM if they are planning something bigger like a storyline.

Secondly, Management.
SA manges ALOT. They assist SD with appointing most Department Leads (with exceptions; A/O COMs, ISD Dir., O5s, and ECMs). That being said, they ensure that Department Leaders are not failing but instead prospering.

They also manage policies and documentation, and in some cases, they manage relations with GOIs (If DEA is unable to). During emergencies such as C1s, C5s, and other major events, Site Administration ensures that all departments remain coordinated. Overall, management is one of the most significant responsibilities of Site Administration.

Thirdly, Authorizations.
As Site Administration, you have authority and are required to authorize certain actions when necessary. This can include authorizing AA during C1s or C5s. They also approve passive breaches, mass terminations or sweeps. Then they authorize certain tests. However, most tests should still go through Executive. They also need to authorize certain trainings which require an area closed of and lastly they have the power to call ERT when containment forces start to fail.

Fourthly: Assignments.
Site Administration personnel are usually assigned to oversee specific departments to ensure they are functioning properly, they can do this by auditing their documentation, observing communication within externals and more like doing interviews with the site staff. If they do find any issues within the department they are assigned to, they should bring it up to the Department head and consult with them on how to solve them. They also act as the first point of contact for those departments when they require assistance. This responsibility is important, as it helps maintain the site.

CL4 Duties.
As CL4 personnel, SA are expected to act professionally at all times as they are a role model for the site. They also open and close blast doors when necessary, report info leaks, and more.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in

Whilst the application itself is a lackluster, especially considering wanting to jump straight into SrCL4 whilst only actively holding CL3 roles, my biggest issue is the fact that you have hidden your profile from people. That gives me a bit of distrust when you try hide your history.

You introduce your application saying that you are aware of your not so good past yet you wont let people look into it. Not what I would want from a Site Advisor.

EDIT: I appreciate you making your profile public. BTW, I am not saying that CL3 shouldn't be applying, but if they do they should put in way more effort than what is seen here.

Heyo Walter, thank you for the reply!

I had forgotten about the fact that ive set my profile to private and honestly I didnt really pay much attention to it. My apologies for making myself look suspicious, Ive set it to public. As for applying as CL3, it is not a requirement to be CL4 and I think I am ready. Thats why I applied.
