My name is Dr. Adrian 'V' Belmont. Senior Trauma-Neurological Specialist. I was the lead surgeon employed by the ███████ ████████████ ██████ to provide surgical care for "high value" patients. Foreign diplomats, high ranking intelligence assets, captured extremists... or otherwise people who were "not allowed to die yet"... were all sent to me.

October ██ ████

Kabul, Afghanistan

Voice log:

"You couldn't have at least cleaned him off before throwing him on my table?" - V

*The operative is silent*

"Alright. Fill me in." - V

"███████ was airlifted here from Mazar-e Sharif. Interrogations were... inefficacious...." - O

"What did you all do this time?" - V

*The surgeon begins the insertion of a vital signs monitor into the patient's arm*

"The usual. Waterboarding. Sleep deprivation. Nothing out of the ordinary." - O

"So, tell me why he looks like he was thrown into a blender...?" - V

"The ███ must have known our location. 47 minutes into today's interrogation, a frag grenade falls through the air ducts of the warehouse, falling near his chair" - O

*The operative wipes blood off his sleeves*

"We were able to pull him out of the way enough to keep him alive, but not conscious. He's clearly not attempting to hold onto life." - O

"Suspected injuries...?" - V

*The surgeon begins inspecting the patient's head and torso*

"Shrapnel. Lots of it. Likely imbedded into his gord. He wouldn't stop bleeding." - O

"Medications given..?" - V

"You know the one. ███-████." - O

"That explains the almost nonexistent pulse. But... it stopped the bleeding...so thank you. Makes this easier." - V

*The surgeon begins surgery on the patient*

*An hour passed. The patient's skull is open while the surgeon takes pieces out steel out of the brain. *

"Hey doc..?" - O

"Yes? What is it? I told you the John is out back." - V

"No no, not what I'm going to ask." - O

*The operative pulls out a piece of tech. A chip of sorts*

"Think you can put this inside his noggin...?" - O

*The surgeon takes the chip inspecting it. A strange symbol, almost like a vault door with three arrows pointing inward*

"What the hell is this..?" - V

"You've been in this long enough to know not to ask things like that doc..." - O

*The surgeon sighs*

"He'll need immuno-suppressants. The body will try to kill itself. But fine." - V

*The operative smiles. He sits down and more time passes*

*The surgeon finishes up the final parts of the surgery*

"There. Who knows when he'll be awake..." - V

"You do good work doc..." - O

*The operative places something on the med table next to the patient*

"Let me know when he's up." - O

*The surgeon watches the operative leave. His footsteps echo through the building*

*The surgeon moves towards the med table. A card. Black and white in color, also possessing the same symbol as the chip implanted in the patient's head*

*On the card is 2 phone numbers and 2 names. One being the operative's name, the other, an individual named ████. *

END LOG

As a final note, I am pretty new to PAC and credit "ArcherOfLegend" or "Grace Faldas" for the immense help on the creation. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. The coat of course is not a deal breaker so if it is issue, please let me know. The holster of course is for the tranq pistol issued to all medical consultants and is a remanence of the characters former government background. The idea was that the character was formerly employed by an intelligence agency as the main way to keep people alive for the purpose of duty or information. The operative in question is of course a double agent for said agency, in deep cover for the SCP foundation. The surgeon's compliance and skill drew attention. Adrian accepted such attention. Thus, leading him to foundation employment.

I think you can do so ingame, I'm not great with PAC myself. Perhaps ask Archer if they're willing to help you out one more time.
Understood. Does this mean I'm permitted to use the PAC on the server then? I'd like to tinker with it to see if I can figure out how to make the coat white. I believe Archer said it was possible in game

Hello, @500Cigarettes

Your PAC3/Lore Request has been approved.

After internal deliberation, we resolved that a tan overcoat is not excessive enough to require a color change. We are satisfied with the initial request and it may be used as such for both the role of Consultant and Dpt. Director of Medicine, should you be promoted.

Any changes to your Character Bio/PAC3 will have to go through the process of being accepted again.
