What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?
I believe i am the best candidate for Overseer Assistant because i understand that the position is built on responsibility, discrition and loyalty. During High pressure situations i remain calm and composed, Ensuring that orders and duties are carried out with wisdom and experience, I am also organized, good communication and i make sure i can bring forth the best roleplay scenarios if possible, I may not be better then the others but i am always willing to improve under guides or feedback, i understand good criticism and i will improve from it, i may make mistakes sometimes but i am always willing to have a hearing to anyone who wants to give out feedback or criticism, What also makes me a good candidate is that i always make sure to remain professional.


What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?
The responsibilities of OSA are to first of all to assist, follow orders and protocol from the 05 Council, as the OSA they are the representatives of the 06 Council , they are essential the eyes and ears of the 05 Council and they follow orders to the fullest without question.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?
I wish to become a OSA to expand my knowledge, experiences and to learn from the wise people on the top, i also want to enjoy more Passive RP since i dont really see that very often on my roles, i am not the best at Roleplay but i want to improve upon it, and the best way to improve is to become apart of a role that handles Roleplay.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in

Hunter Smith was a former analyst and field operations coordinator within the National Security Agency before being recruited into the Foundation. During his time within the NSA, he specialized in intelligence gathering, counterintelligence operations and information containment involving high level security threats. His ability to process classified data quickly and maintain strict discrition made him stand out upon his peers.

Following a joint operation between federal intelligence agencies involving an anomalous communication breach, Hunter was identified as someone unkowingly interacted with classified anomolous material without panic or compromise. Rather than administering amnestics, the Foundation evaluated him for recruitment. His psychological profile showed exceptional composure, loyalty to structured authority and strong belief in national and global security above personal interest.

I think you're trying to make a huge jump, going up to assistant is a big step and entering the CL4 lot is a big responsibility that unfortunately many fail, and when they do they ruin RP for many others. I am like you in the sense of trying to learn to RP more and improve on it however I think your approach is explosive, or risky so to say.

In my opinion we all learn daily, no one without experience got OSA and did a great job from day 1 but to be dumped a huge load of responsibility without experience and then start "Learning" would cause a lot of issues for a lot of people around you.

I'd personally recommend getting more playtime, hang around OSAs more and try to do things more closely tied to F3 in general if you want to pursue OSA and further, try working closer with A1 or helping just anything to get your foot in without holding such a huge power if you know what I mean.

I've also gathered a unhealthy amount of playtime this month and have not seen you on at all so on all these notes I unfortunately stand at a

I understand your reasoning, and tbf you are right ill pull back the app until i get more experience
