SCP-914/Instance Bridge Functionality

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would add the ability to receive other Dimension Bridges from SCP-914 by inputting bridges for either 22415 Realm/Shadow Dimension.
Realistically speaking, this is already possible with assistance from an SGM+, but really it should be a base-game feature. Cartographers are already kind of lacking in what they can do from a Research POV and this would not only give them a new way to branch out, but also give SCP-914 more use, as it allows for different dimensions to be used.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't think so, not really sure to be honest, I checked and didn't see anything.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Adds new Research potential!
+Adds a new use for SCP-914!
+Allows access to new dimensions!
+Allows for possible new raid objectives from CI/GOC? (Raiding to get an upgraded crystal for a stronger raid, as the other dimensions truly hide you).
+Allows for more self-sufficient RP.
+Could possibly get more people buying cartographer packages (@ ventz) (mb chief didnt realise this would actually ping)
+Gives uses to existing instance types.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Technically doable with SGM intervention.
-Could be abused by minges.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The positives outweigh the negatives here, and really I just want to see a paid research role get more to do in terms of research, and I'd like to see instances used in RP more other than just a method for combating raids and raiding.

I somewhat disagree because as a GM I have used some of these instances like admin_land and edge and I do not think they should be accessible otherwise.
While I understand that, you are using an instance for an event, a cartographers job is to find ways into and map different instances.

Surely the fact that people have experienced a different instance IC would only encourage a cartographer to try and gain access?

(Also I, on many occasions, have already given cartographers bridges to these instances, this is just a way to get access without GM/Staff help as to create self-sufficient RP and scenarios while also increasing usage of SCP-914)

Not every instance needs to be accessible via 914, though. You could still leave some instances GM-only. I feel that would be a healthy and flexible compromise which would have the added bonus of potentially being easier on development if you're not trying to work out the 914 processes to and from every single instance bridge.
