Content Suggestion Surface jobs Mechanic and Convenience Store Worker

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
add 2 surface jobs
Surface Mechanic: owns a small shop and spawns with the repair tool that can repairs peoples are for a price. And can have a repair tool to repair the
Convenience store worker (or whatever you call it in the land of beans): can work at the gas station and sell food items and other things.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
these jobs would be fun for surface RP and would create better and more interesting surface RP.
The mechanic job is something that would be super interesting as it would be allowed to repair cars but could be profitable.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More jobs? thats all I see personally.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Surface RP when done right is a ton of fun and these jobs can lead to more activity on surface making surface op jobs more active in general.
Note: this new update is awesome and a ton of fun I just think these jobs would be a cool thing to add for all players.

No.

There's an active suggestion asking for a surface engineer job - As for convenience store worker, seems like job bloat and something you could just do as a regular civvie?

This does give me an idea though, which I will save for its own formal suggestion as it would be an involved system.
