What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for O5-4 as to begin my entry into the O5 Council.I would like to begin by reviewing what I previously stated in my application from before:
“This role as a Council Member will also provide me the responsibility and capability to encourage/support server health and overall the roleplay aspect, that we are so lacking, so that we can have both coins of Combat & Roleplay; allowing more of a diverse section of players to thrive, due to the fact we're limited by focusing on one aspect, and not both. To enhance both the server and the community with benefits to both playstyles. [...] It would be a jump from my usual role of being a public figure on-site, but I don't see how that will be any issue for me, and believe that this role will allow me to follow in the goal that I have so set for myself of boosting the roleplay, excitement and uniqueness around the site; for no day to be the same, for no roleplay to be copy and paste, for everybody's experiences to be different and fun.”
Now I still stand by what I have previously said, many on this server fall into one of two categories, Combat or Roleplay, and I do wish to ultimately allow either to coexist as much as possible. I have had this as a goal in mind for a very long time, ever since I managed to make it to the Executive position within RSD. You may be thinking on how this could possibly happen, to make both categories align even slightly? Well, what I plan to do is to enact my ability as O5 to garner interest in either side and push them closer by getting departments to work together in the form of on-site communications asking people to do things that will make them work together or by creating multiple forms of orders/projects that people can dip into & work, creating passive RP support; I would focus on giving out orders to OSAs to get them to assist in this development and focus on creating cross-departmental orders.
I wish to push myself to be around the site to the point where at least one person from each department would see myself or A-1 as to increase our total control (or rather I should say our total effort, and presence around the Site). I don’t want to make it incredibly hard for people to get into contact with the council as, after all, due to the nature of what I am applying for, we’re here to facilitate other’s roleplay and to push our own out with it.
Overall what I am saying is I wish to push the O5’s standing with all departments and the roleplay that comes with it, allowing people to do what they want to do without having to jump through loops.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I wholeheartedly believe that within my tenure as multiple trusted roles in the Site (to name them specifically, Site Administration & Director of Research) I have the roles and belief from others to back up my skill - to which I am sure they would be able to tell you - that I attempt my best at what is given to me, and actively listen when it is needed.These prior roles do showcase how I have given my passion, my time, my work-ethic into whatever I have applied for and I will give the council that very same thought-process.
To begin to talk about my skills, as who am I to brag without attempting to back them up, I shall point out the fact that I understand the workings of great roleplay & terrible roleplay due to how I have actively pushed myself around site and have watched others partake in RP that I have either pushed to have or have stumbled upon (including certain outside experience from being a Gamemaster). I hope that I have been showcasing myself around the site enough for people to full-heartedly see how I am personally with my actions and words. I believe people will be able to agree when I say, I am a highly friendly yet strict person overall when needed, and that I push different types of roleplay going from melancholy to light-hearted fun times. I also hope these actions of mine have shown my behaviour and how I will act within the role of O5 (now of course in an IC sense I shall change how I act to follow suit).
My previous positions have given me these skills and actively have shown how I have used them and will use them; being reasonable, harsh, thoughtful, etc.
I have collaborated with O5 in many forms of RP in the first place, so I do understand how O5 Larp usually goes, including the fact I have been an OSA for a rather long while (making it to a trusted status which is not handed out willy-nilly) this should easily show that I am prepared in terms of roleplay; feeding into what I wish to push around the site.
I believe, all in all, that I can be one of the strongest candidates due to my commitment & actions in and around the site, thank you.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The responsibilities of the O5 Council can be, but not limited to:> "Oversee sitewide performance (through SA as proxies or themselves in regard to senior personnel" - The big picture of the site should run smoothly
> "Convening on and deciding sitewide policy"
> "Working closely with SA & Research to ensure efficiency and standards are high. Making sure work is being done"
> "Organizing the larger bureaucracy of Site Administration and its subordinates"
> "Indifferent to how things are done, as long as they get done - results-driven"
> "Organizing hearings for cases of negligence or underperformance etc."
> "Liaise with the Ethics Committee when handling removals or punishments (vice-versa)"
> "Uphold the Code of Conduct, meaning that they are responsible for keeping the Foundation Staff updated on any new changes they have brought to the Code of Conduct."
> "Deals with certain CoC violations via tribunals/hearings if necessary and or called upon by the Council."
> "Not to be running Departments, they are to be purely overseeing Departments and or Site Administration and make sure that they are doing their job properly."
> "Should not be micromanaging SA, they may give certain tasks to Site Administration within reason."
> Fix any major issues and delegate minor issues towards relevant parties. Usually this is done by working with Site Admin, or rather working with the directors of each department that they are assigned to oversee.

Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:
I have acted around site multiple times, and I would hope that I am known by the community as I do attempt to push myself (when I am on) to be around as many people as possible, currently I have been doing many different forms of roleplay with Medical and even O5 themselves.
