Accepted code overriding other codes

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
instead of codes overriding eachother they should add so its code 1 then like code 5 or code 1, 5

Has something similar been suggested before?
im not sure if it has

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
less confusion if if code 5 is called and you are enroute to the code 1 already and no one calls it out that code 1 is dealt and you still run there thinking code 1 is there but it isnt or opposite and would help different regiments like gensec with code 2 and e-11 code 5 nu-7 code 1


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
people not calling each single code off so people have to call each one off

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
it would add less confusion but it would also add more confusion if no one calls each code off

Hi, the overriding codes thing is a IC policy and the order of priority with codes is set by site command you can ask it to be changed in character.

If you are suggesting multiple codes are displayed at a time how do you suggest that is displayed as each code displays a description when called so how would it all fit?
