What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It will add a rank to NU7 that will be warrant officer, to be above all NCO's but below officers. And/Or add a job that would be more of a enforcement role, eg like a MP Maybe in practice be a watered down specialist/officer job kit

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I dont know, maybe composites have been suggested, but i am suggesting a mix of them all

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Giving NU7 more control over lobby independently and giving some more organic enforcement to EZ policy, aids with bloat to the rank structure, and lets there be at minimum one head of the NCO's without being a full officer, maybe turns into a training officer role etc.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Adding unnecessary bloat, the work required to add either a role and/or rank, and adjust all relivent documents etc. May make DEA slightly less useful in the EZ/surface. Kind of redundant if officers are usually on.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it might aid in bloat if the NCO ranks get too top heavy, and would let a trusted NCO become a mini officer if the positions are full in effect. As well as could be given reduced power from a officer, but slightly increased from the normal sub officer roles. As well as potietionally being a role for internal enforcement of said MTF duties, aside from officers.

I’m failing to see what this achieves. This just adds another rank / job and is quite unnecessary. Also- you contradict yourself in this suggestion..

“Aids with bloat to the rank structure”
and then
“Adding unnecessary bloat”. 😭

This was not lost on me, i feel it could help with bloat if done right/well, if not you've just added another rank for no reason. (yes its hillarious)

Doesn't really work if like most of the unit can be/is CSG. I mean it could be replaced with, change CSG around to be more of a formal vs informal mini officer.
why do you have so many CSGs? The rank doesnt offer any new jobs, equipment, permissions, etc compared to a sergeant. Just move them all down and redefine what CSG is in your regiment.

I dont know why we do, i don't promote them. But NU7 and E11 are the 2 biggest MTF, A1 and O1 both have half slots of the other 2 (i think its half) So there is obviously going to be more clumping, that's why i specified NU7 more than E11 or the other 2.

Also only half my suggestion was a rank add, the other half was in rpinciple a role add that CSG's can get thats basically a WO or something

I don't personally think this is needed - I think that instead COs of regiments/MTFs (if they want) should simply begin treating their highest NCO rank as something like this.

It is entirely possible to have most people as SGT and lock CSG to people intended to be trusted - because for many factions the rank of CSG doesn't mechanically offer a lot anymore.
