Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I am applying for Chief of Security because I full heartly care and enjoy being in GSD. I know I can do this job. I joined General Security when it was in a dark place and it was ineffective to say the least. As my time in General Security, I rose up the ranks and became a Captain for GSD when Viggo was still the Chief. thyn eyes of the era of great, and not so great GSD Chiefs. They have inspired me to be the best GSD I can possibly be prepared to be. I want to make GSD as good as it possibly can be and the best way I can do that is as Chief of Security. That's the reason I am submitting my application.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
I am suitable for Chief of Security because
1: Creativity
I used to help out around and gave ideas to at the time Viggo, and Cornelious Edwards. I originally helped designed T&A (Which become TEGA) And I pitched the person who should Lead G&I. Then both were combined into T&G. The goals in doing this was to train GSD SRU-, and G&I was supposed to help with Displinary action/moral. I also pitched several other ideas like combining HWL and RRT teams. I also was the First roster manager.
2. Stewardship
I have been doing my best to attempt to help departmental relations between GSD and RSD. While I have only been taking small steps in that direction i've been attempting to talk with Department Director Steven 'Bean'. I am also attempting to maintain standards of GSD.
3: Training
I've been working through and designing a training program for GSD at different levels. I gave a few ideas to the original T&A group way back when and I know i can still come up with ideas now.
4: Leadership

What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
The Chief of security's jobs are many.
They are to oversee all general security operations
The Chief of Security should handle non-major operations by giving and order to a captain then letting the captain use the best of their ability to complete the task. This could be telling a captain to manage Dblock or to take a team down to vents. If it's a major Operation, like a Site Command meeting, a 008 breach, etc. He would handle most orders himself instead of the middleman and trust the captains to make the best call based on their judgment.
They manage security over the site
The Chief of Security's maintain security of LCZ, PW, Core, Security Sector, and Dblock. They only have absolute authority when it comes to Dblock though. When CI break or a Containment breach happens it is their Job to send out men and have them assist in any capacity with the corresponding MTF. They may also help manage Site affairs like having captains arrest others who break the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, FLC.
They Discipline their JR. CL4's
The Chief of Security may have to PT, Job ban, remove, strike, or even blacklist Captains who break the regulations.
maintain public relations with other Departments
They should handle most Department Relations with other SR. CL4's.
Other Jobs may include
Closing CL4 Bulkheads during a breach.
Holding CL4 GSD meetings.
Secure Dblock and assist with the rest of the site
Help other departments with issues
Update Site administration on Policy Changes, Updates, etc.

As a young kid, Dybbuk suffered for a long time. He never knew his parents and didn't even know he had them. His first memory was waking up in a lab crippled by time itself. Of course, he could never forget those old Rustic walls. While he doesn't remember much of that time in his life, he does remember the scientist that took blood samples of him every day. He didn't know why, but he never questioned it. At the age of 14, he began being trained and taught about the outside world by men in strange clothes. They all wore black with a red and purple symbol on their shoulders, sadly, he doesn't remember what that symbol was. He was trained to kill, interrogate, leadership skills and other things that were burned into his soul and bones. at the age of 17, the training got harder, causing broken bones every single day, but these men "fixed" him every single time. He thought it was normal for him. At 18, they finally let him see the outside world and see what they told about him his entire life. At twenty-one, he was brought to Site 65 as a General security Guard, where he overcame many hardships over and over again, facing death itself at one point. He feels it is his duty to climb higher in the ranks to fulfill his designer's wishes.

Captain Woods: Well, as you may have known, I've worked hard to climb to the position that i am in, I have done my best to lead my General Security Response Units, and guards to the best of my ability.
Site Director: Why do you wish to be the Chief?
Captain Woods: I would like to be the chief to help General Security the best i can. I feel like the best way for me to do that is to become the Chief. I've also been inspired by my past Chiefs to do this. I want to make the site as good as it possibly can be.
Site Director: *Faint Scribbling can be heard and a soft sigh* What makes you the best option for us to pick to be the Next Chief of Security.
Captain Woods: The reason I am the best candidate for this position is because of my experiences here in GSD, I have learned so much in my time in general security, i have learned to lead, write (strangely enough) and how to communicate. I am also the best pick for the position for my ability to adapt to situation as they occur. What I mean by this is if a SCP breaches but Dclass are Rioting at the same time i can give orders to handle both situations in the most effective manner.
