Content Suggestion SCU's Should Have A HCZ Adjacent Spawn

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a SCU spawn somewhere in HCZ, either the Medbay or Armory. In leu of that, add a SCU spawn behind secondary bulk. (Potentially in a small cage or something)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I think it's been suggested to give SCU bulk override but I think that has way too much abuse potential. Giving SCU's a spawn where they can access HCZ would greatly increase their viability during exceptionally bad C5's especially in medium or low pop.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
SCU's would be able to respond to Code 5's much quicker. SCU's wouldn't get stuck behind one of the bulks for many minutes waiting for a higher clearance.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:If the spawn is put in HCZ itself SCP's might think it unfair that a heavy weapon could be so rapidly deployed. (This could be remedied with an increased timer)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:I think it should be accepted because far to often have I seen and been in the position of waiting for 10+ minutes for a kind soul to open HCZ bulks only to die to an instant kill SCP 2 minutes later and then have to wait for someone else to open the door.

Thats an IC thing that needs to be hashed out with e-11 and Site admins. not an SCU spawn issue
Its a Spawn issue because SCU's will never get access to override the bulks without becoming a Whitelisted role which is an out of character issue. Adding a new spawn is a happy medium, someone can't just log onto SCU and minge by opening bulk but the not-minging SCU's still get access to HCZ. This is my belief anyways.

Not many jobs spawn in secondary, it can be abused since SCUs can now just ignore E-11 locking down HCZ. and can curve ball raids such as an SCU spawning in secondary when CI is trying to hack it open.

I agree that secondary itself may not be the best choice for a spawn, That's far from the only option. HCZ breach shelter springs to mind, It's pretty out of the way. Medbay area was also mentioned, and that would help prevent that.

In general, I do think too many suggestions get held back by abuse concerns (Not just this one). A few rule breakers shouldn't hold back something that is potentially beneficial overall.
After all, If everything that could be abused is not acceptable, then the server would be lacking so much content.

-Support same reason others have stated. Takes away E-11’s role in hcz.
E-11 runs HCZ, It should stay that way; However, Security Containment Units shouldn't have to wait behind a bulk-head while the 3 E-11 online gets slaughtered repeatedly by 7722 and 682 (I've seen this happen). I struggle to see how two people max would take away E-11's role, SCU is there to support E-11 with breaches and currently cannot do so as effectively as they should be able to.

On my past experience as E-11 CPT, it really wouldn't (...Maybe on US but lol, lmao). If anything, it would make playing E-11 a lot less painful in a lot of situations.

Also, if I'm remembering where that is correctly, HCZ breach shelter/medbay area (unless you mean medbay medbay and not an HCZ medbay) were denied in the past because it's too close to a lot of LHCZ SCP spawns and would curveball their breaches, as well as LHCZ CI raids.

I think things are getting a little confusing with our terms. I believe what Avery Snow is referring to when saying "Any other secondary spawn" is like how combat medics have a secondary Medbay spawn. I do not think they are referring to Secondary entrance to HCZ.

I know I threw the suggestion that SCU's get a 2nd spawn in Secondary HCZ but I have been shown that that would be truly abusable and unfun for not only CI but also SCPs breaching Secondary which is why now we are trying to suggest putting something in a more out of the way place in HCZ like in-between E-11 bunks and Non-Spec, or some other out of the way place ALONGSIDE an elongated timer for SCU's respawning in HCZ.
