What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

What to add?

Tactical Equipment: New gear for the Police Department (PD) including Riot Shields, heavier armor (Kevlar/Riot suits), tactical grenades (Flashbangs/Tear Gas), and specialized firearms (Shotguns/SMGs).

Lisences To Use Gear: To avoid random persons do stupid things with it we allow people only with [Riot Lisence] which is given by admin.

Also adding this will create more surface RP.

What it changes?

Police Rules of Engagement (RoE): It introduces a dynamic response system where officers must get high-ranking approval or code authorization before deploying heavy gear, shifting the roleplay from "basic patrol" to "tactical response" when needed.

What it removes?

Police Powerlessness: It removes the current limitation where sivil police officers lack the proper equipment to handle severe, high-threat situations.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

No, its different because its my idea.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

Enhanced Roleplay Quality and Realism: It allows for more realistic and strategic tactical operations.

Increased Player Retention and Progression: It provides Police Department players with new goals, such as training for a SWAT/Riot certification, making the faction much more engaging and fun to play in the long run.

And more...

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Rule Breaks: Person who abusing it will get a powergaming or failrp warning/blacklist from lisence.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

This recommendation should be implemented due to the following reasons – it helps cover up a huge tactical hole for PD and enhances the level of realism through role-play. The risk of any form of abuse is minimal as long as there’s an approval from Head Mod+ along with lisences. In essence, it will introduce realistic tactical situations in the server without harming civil role-play.
