Content Suggestion Chemistry Shredder for Empty Containers

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove?
Adds a new chemistry disposal system or shredder unit that allow players to safely destroy empty chemical containers such as vials, flasks, and beakers. This would act as a proper cleanup tool for chemist work instead of leaving them on the floor waiting for them to de spawn. The shredder would only accept empty containers, and any item containing chemicals would be rejected until fully emptied. (It could accept filled containers but warn the player before disposing a filled container.)

This system could somehow be implemented into the current chemical vault to not require a artist. A button or tab could be added to the vault UI to destroy any containers currently in the machine.

Below I have attached images of the current state of the de spawning system that is in-place and the cluster that follows (only taken today, and ill examples.);

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
Not that I'm aware of.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
  • Reduces clutter during chemistry work on the server.
  • Improves server performance slightly by reducing unnecessary entities over time.
  • Adds a realistic disposal mechanic?
Possible Positives of the suggestion:
  • Could slightly reduce the reuse of chemical glasses already out.
  • Requires development time and testing.
  • Players may still ignore the system and continue dropping items if not clearly explained or visible.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This system improves both server role play and performance by addressing the long standing issue with the v craft chemical system where empty containers accumulate and create unnecessary cluster. It provides a controlled and realistic disposal method without interfering with active chemical creation since only empty containers are eligible. Overall, it improve the cleaner environment of the server and can have a minimal impact of performance.
