What will you do to stop this from happening again: What i will do is be for sensitive about problems and the feelings of others about 'certain' topics. Aswell as making sure what I'm saying is factually true. I wont be toxic to staff anymore I'll be selective with my banter and shit talk. I'll hold my opinions and bring them up as suggestions to be constructive and not unproductive.

Why should you be unbanned: I feel it's been long enough and I've thought about others perspectives about my conduct. Though most think it's funny there's a margin of people who don't in which I will be more open to and make sure the people around me are OK with said behavior. (Bantering and shit talking) I'll keep in mind that not all my humor is everyone's humor and there's lines to be drawn. I would like to apologize to bear about bringing up something I shouldn't have to get an up in an argument. I'll watch how I act and the way I speak to others in the future.

Hi Madden,

I'm speaking to you on Behalf of the NL Team. I have consulted the USA SSL Team and CS Bear while handling this, however the Decision being made is solely my own.

Reading through your appeal, the following line stands out quite a lot:

Though most think it's funny there's a margin of people who don't

This tells me that you haven't changed your behavior or perspective on your actions. Its dismissive. Its equivalent to saying "Well its not my fault they got offended", which doesn't convey that you have learnt from your mistakes. Combining this with context provided by Bear and the Supers, I do not believe that you will bring a positive influence on the community if allowed to return.

As a result of this appeal, your Permanent Ban will be upheld. Additionally, from this point onwards your ban is unappealable.
