I want to help remove the bad researchers and to give everyone a fair shot at research

i am fair to all and like to get both sides of arguments and love to help new people that are looking for a shot in research

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
To help Jr -> Sr Researchers find there footing in the Research Department also to grade there documents and sign off on testing sampling and projects the researchers would want to do
