Why are you applying for Security Captain?
My reasoning to my alst application has not changed much. I have been an active GenSec for a while and after taking a break for some good reasons i have decided to apply for the position of Security Captain once again. Although i have enjoyed being around site as a containment unit, a Sergeant and a Response Unit i have found myself once again wanting to be a Captain and helping in more than just simply leading D-Block in the field.In my previous application another reasoning was the lack of Captains which is now clearly no longer an issue. However i do believe that another Captain with experiences as a Cl4 GSD might be useful for the new Captains around Site.
I would also love to bring ideas on how to improve GSD from a different perspective than newer Captains.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I have already helped quite a few people find into the ranks of GSD or into other departments and helped them progress into their chosen department around site.Once again i am already well-versed in how GSD works and in what to do and as said in my old application would really only need to be filled in on a few minor things like more exact specifics of operations or new proceedings that go along with the position of Security Captain.
I am also a person although mostly nice and welcoming am not someone to joke around with and will take action or be more stern if needed. This allows me to lead D-Block in a organised manner ideally through being nice and leninent but also through being a strong willed and strict person if needed although i do prefer leading in a cooperative style i am not opposed to being authoritative.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
A security Captains responsibilities are to oversee all GSD personnel/ operations. This includes GSD operating outside of D-Block too. It is a captains responsibility to react to all things reported by their department or about their department. A Captain is responsible not only for the oversight of GSD personnel but also thei protection and their guidance. A Captain must always keep D-Block and by that matter Site-Security as their main objective. It is his duty to manage D-Block through crisis and prepare it for all codes. During a code 1 ,he must get ready to defend D-Block witht the help of his peers. During a code 2 he must follow proper procedures to ensure that all staff in D-Block are safe and he must see to it to concluding the Code 2 in whatever respective way necessary. During Code 5 he must prepare D-Block for any breached scps, may it be by ensuring to block reality benders activities or by simply taking defensive positions against all other scps. The same goes for code 3 and 4 which variy drastically but are most often like the code 5. The managing of the Department and the relations with other Departments has now more than ever become essential and the clear control of the actions of GSD.
Their work together with the Security Chief(s) is also essential in keeping the Department and its relations stable, whether it be inter-Departmental and keeping the order in GSD itself.

Buddy had held quite a few positions among the ranks of GSD, some longer than others and had served a while in the foundation. After his time of being a Captain once again Buddy had encountered some hardships in his life and was therefore transferred to aid in a different Operation for a short while. After he had largely settled what had troubled him, it didnt take long for him to be reassigned once again to his favorite Site. Although he was no longer a Captain, he was still accepted back as a Sergeant though he much preferred his trusty RPK-16 which he was equipped with in his days as a Security Containment Unit. After a while however he had noticed that missing feeling of truly leading his GenSec as a Cl4 again. He felt that he could no longer thrive like he did when he first started in this job. After then another small tenure away from the site he had returned and started being around more and more, integrating himself into the network of Captains and Sergeants and getting an overview of the situation in and around D-Block and decided to try his luck once again and after ensuring that he can be as active around site as he once was, he talked to some Captains he had accepted as good colleagues and decided to finally apply once again.
