Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I'm considering ISD as my family, I wish to continue evolving in this family and upholding the FLC. I want to participate in future audits, operations and, of course, in the daily routine of the ISD. But more than this, I would like to be an example for future generations of great agents, operatives, and investigators. Teach them the way of the FLC and introduce them to the wonderful ISD family. I wish to make the department shine for its engagement, conduct, and, of course, amazing reports. I feel like I have what it takes to be an inspector, and I intend to become one and make myself even more useful for the Fondation. I seem to make promises above, but I put my money where my mouth is. I'm suitable by being active within the department. By sharing knowledge, procedures and giving advice to new agents and operatives about the FLC. By writing complete and detailed documents to help the ISD fulfill its mission. By reporting back any incident. By taking responsabilities when I have the occasion, at my level of course. ISD is not only enforcing the rules, but also being just, scaling the response with the crime and understanding the whole context before acting. By remaining calm in any situation, even the most annoying ones, I feel like I've been a good example of what a remarkable ISD member is. I mean, I've arrested more people with a fully detailled arrest report than without, even when it was not required according to the policies. As I said, again, I won't disappoint.What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal Internal Security Inspector is a professional, they are a beacon, they must show the good example. If they aren't, young ISD agents will take bad habits and the next generation of ISD will be disappointing. They are patient, approachable with your issues, and able to take feedback, even the negative ones, to improve. They must be a pool of knowledge regarding the FLC and site policies in general and be able to answer questions. Not only that, but they must be confident but also correct. They shoudn't hesitate to double-check the information if they have any doubt as they are (often) human, and make a correct decision. They must also be enforcing the FLC with the highest degree of accuracy due to who they are allowed to arrest. They also represent the ISD to a higher degree than the agents/operatives and investigators and as such must maintain good relations with other departments and deescalate situations, if able. And while they must be offering a punishment appropriate to the crime, no FLC violations must be swept under the rug, the broken window theory is also a good theory to have in mind.How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I can't count, I've written many reports. They are not major, but they are here and make ISD look even more professional. As stated, almost all my arrests have a report attached, and almost none of them needed said reports according to policies, but I think it's important beyond policy and it serves people being arrested to avoid them doing it again, I've also written many incident reports on famous incidents on the site, such as the incident report about the document "The Alliance" and the incident report on Tiago, which is very likely on an inspectorate's desk as I'm speaking. While I have written many documents, I'm still looking to improve and I welcome the feedback of everyone. What makes a good document is the precision of it, it must be based on the facts, say what happened and provide the full context. It must, if it is related to it, use the appropriate template. It must be well written with grammatical errors minimized and the structure correct. And the writer must be open to feedback and put his biases away when doing them.What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
This answer goes in tandem with the question above. What would be an ideal ISD inspector? Well again they must uphold the FLC through arrests and enforcements. They must lead investigations and operations, making sure they are conducted with professionalism. They must train and guide the new ISD agents, on top of making sure they are policy compliant. Assisting the duties of agents and operatives such as making sure CPC is manned, answering questions and signing arrests, while making sure to be an example to follow. Representing ISD in case there is no Director or Commissioner around. Identifying and escalating bigger issues to senior CL4. Use the additional tools they are entrusted with care and do not abuse them. And finally making sure ISD is running and shining as always.Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I love words and writing in universe documents and elaborating, but here it's the actions I've done that will be a good answer, I've been behaving as an example, reporting back when needed. I'm not being too harsh or too lenient on FLC violations and the reminders of the ISD policies to the personnel. Not only that, but I know when to joke, when to form bonds, and also when to be serious, when to take the difficult decision and stand by it and when to get myself wet to protect ISD and the SCP Foundation. Everyone deserves respect, everyone deserves to be heared, everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt and everyone must respect the FLC. ISD is a wonderful family and I believe I would be a great Inspector.Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
You are observing a tall man, his body is covered in burns and wounds of all sorts, he looked like he was lit ablaze. You experience a relatively strange feeling around them, a feeling like they can feel you, see you. Even in their back you feel observed, seen.
