Rule Suggestion SCPs must try to leave site instead of camping in HCZ for 10 minutes for no reason

Rule suggestions will be reviewed by Superadmins, this may take longer than standard content suggestions.
What does this suggestion add/change/remove?:
Make it to where SCPS HAVE to try to escape the site instead of camping in HCZ because SCPs camping HCZ for over 20 minutes is fucking horrible and it is the worst gameplay ever.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
Prob I don't care.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:

Makes SCPs actually have to breach and LEAVE site.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Oh no I can't make E-11's life hell.

Based on the Positives &; Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
079 early morning breaching 5 SCPs and 5 E-11 trying to fight 4 SCPs camping 079 in hcz saying they aren't "camping", it is generally the worst, unfun gameplay ever. SCPs also wouldn't stay in site unless its 106.

For example, SCP-096 simply doesn't want to be seen, so why would they actively try to escape? SCP-079 cannot escape, it cannot move.
096 tries to return to his origin, which is outside of the foundation is my reasoning for it trying to leave site. But it's from scp to scp different.

Would love when it's a scp specific rule.

i can see wha you were thinking and in some cases it would be best if they tried to escape, but in others it would make sense for them to try to hide themself and try to breach other scp's.

roles
Nu-7 Sgt (held)
ISD investigator (held)
GOC SPC (held)
GSD sergeant (kinda holding)
E-11 LCPL (holding)
096 (whitelisted)

The Golden Rule

Spoiler: The Golden Rule
Do not kill farm. Kill-farming is sitting in a spawn area, e.g. D-Block or MTF Bunks, and repeatedly killing people when they spawn. Most SCPs are not mindless killing machines, remember that you have more objectives than simply killing humans (e.g. escaping to surface, killing specific members, etc).

I see what you are saying but this is a very loose rule and hard to prove. SCPs stay in HCZ even when they have a safe path out, but chose to stay. It just depends on thr players playing the SCPs.

Me personally I think it should be more of once SCPs when breached should immediately try to escape instead of the new strat of waiting for other SCPs to breach by 079. It is very unrealistic for all SCPs on site to wait to work together. Once they would be free they would leave their CC, not sit there and wait. For example like 076 is a killing machine not a "wait for the right moment".

Sentience mate.

Other than that, -support. There are camping rules in place already. If you think those are NOT enough, make a rule suggestion I'd say.

SCP players already spend most of their time on the server sitting in a cell with little to no interaction with other players. Any time they do spend with other people is when they are being sampled (939, 682, 035, popular sample SCPs), being tested on (Happens almost never for a good amount of SCPs), and breaching. Being forced to move out of HCZ is essentially telling SCP players to spend their 10-20 (Sometimes longer) minutes of freedom by throwing themselves into a meat grinder. The negative isn't "E-11's life isn't hell" its "Fuck over SCP players even more".

I wholeheartedly believe people who play as an SCP (haven waited in the breach queue for a minimum of an hour most times) deserve the full right to do as they please when they breach containment.

This is an example of an SCP-079 player using the role to the fullest and properly preparing a breach. E11 not patrolling and checking up on CCs isn't an issue that needs to be taken to the forums.

SCPs suffer enough, man. Let them be.

If you think this is a bad suggestion please tell me why.

Main reason it’s a bad suggestion is simply because it’s a plain to see cope suggestion, which is noticeable by your rough wording throughout the initial post and your provided example.

This is already an expectation of SCPs, however if they’re stuck due to stuff like Tesla gates or bulkheads then it is what it is. If the breach is going on too long then either staff or site command are expected to handle the situation, either by calling ERT, nuke, force recontainment or pushing breaches back in the queue (along with any other reasonable means that come to mind.)

SL specifically are expected to monitor general server health, so if a breach is just no fun for the playerbase and isn’t being recontained for like 30 minutes then they should be stepping in. If a situation like you explained occurs, contact one through a sit and ask them to step in or even open a support ticket on the Discord and one might even be willing to hop on to help out.
