[UK] PAC-3 + Lore Approval Request by Karasu

There have been fixes made to the Pac after feedback/tips of others
Suit:
- The Texture erros have been covered by Items he got in his lore document (bible) and a holster.
- The Texture error backpack has been removed
- Site Administration Logos have been added to give it more of a K-33 Look
- The size of the model is 1.1 to give it a bigger hitbox

Things to make it Fair:
Rarely Run and mainly Slow walks and Walks (due to Lore)
Severe DMG will requiere a medic and a Technician/Engineer (To give medics and Techies more RP opportunities)

Possible Positive RP Situations:
The RSD is also tasked with finding a classification for [SCP-XXXX-DE] or something similar.
Potential cross testing and SCP interactions could also be considered.

Here are some Examples | Ideas:
- [SCP-7722 based on the LCPL as the LCPL is a devout Christian]
- [SCP-049 testing his response to the LCPL in full suit]

Hello!

Regarding this pac request,
While the pac itself is very cool, we do find the issue that we cannot tell its Kappa-33,
we ask you either add Text saying "Kappa-33" or "K-33" something along the lines of that.

Ofc i will add a text, does Kappa-33 have a Task force name
Like E-11 got "Nine Tailed Fox"
And Nu-7 "Hammer down"
Also it appears that UK server Pac-3 got issues at the moment
