So my discord got hacked and I’m banned in the discord, i’m not sure what to do to secure my account and prove it so i can join the discord again

Depends on how you got hacked. If it's just discord, then change your password and reset your 2FA backup keys (or activate 2FA if it wasn't already). Then click to log out of all devices

Then click to log out of all devices

If you just reset your Discord Password, it should log you out of ALL devices.
Also to get your compromised account back, just do a normal Discord Ban Appeal and confirm with Staff you have gotten the account back.
