How do you get access to Surface Jobs? SCP/US

You create a character for those surface jobs. Assuming you want to play the citizen category, you would make a civ character and you can select the various jobs from there.

First and foremost, congratulations on Staff of the Week!

Here’s a follow up question, is the citizen job hidden behind a paywall, certain level, or any other condition I forgot to mention?

Do you create a civilian job by clicking it on the f4 menu?

The jobs marked with a yellow line are citizen that are paywall, other than that all of civ is free to play.

You can see all the level requirements for them here, you create your civ character the same way you made your foundation person.
