Personally I like to roleplay as much as possible and I think GOC has a good potential for RP scenarios , I am very active on SCP-RP server and I love surface RP , if I join GOC I will make sure to do my job the best way possible and also create fun RP for everyone involved .
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I always wanted to join the GOC from the day they were releases but never took time to fill out the applications forms, because writing english is a bit hard for me , I joined this server for serious RP , but most I have seen from foundation is combat RP . I want to join GOC because I think they are better than foundation and CI and I love interacting with civilians , for some time I was trying to run a CGITV career which was not really liked by the people in the foundation/CI and GOC . so now I would love to join GOC to try serious roleplaying and having fun on surface.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC was founded after the seventh Occult War , back then known as Allied Occult Initiative(AOI) , although AOI was dissolved after the SCP-Foundation rose to power as the guardian of humanity against anomalies . Many countries and organizations wanted some control over the vast power of SCP-foundation and saw it as a threat . therefore a council of 108 nations and organizations formed the Global Occult Coalition as an arm of the UN .
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS :
PHYSICS are very like the MTF(mobile task force) units in the foundation ,their task is to take action against threat Entities and eliminating them .
they also deal with organizations that create threat Entities .
PSYCHE :
while PHYSICS are the action arm of the GOC , the PSYCHE is the diplomatic arm of GOC , they work in order to keep the peace between the public world and the anomalous world . PSYCHE keeps relations up with non-hostile occult groups and occasionally organizes the trade of entities or the formation of joint task forces .
PTOLEMY :
They are the support arm of GOC , creating technology to assist PHYSICS operatives and researching anomalies in order to find ways on how to defeat them and transporting strike teams and assessment teams.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
GOC offically serve as the protector of human race , they try to keep the world safe from anomalies .
they will try to keep their operations and the anomalies hidden from public eye so people would not panic and start questioning the reality.
while the foundation tries to contain anomalies , the GOC will do it's best to eliminate the anomalies to minimize the threats .
they also experiment and study anomalies to get a better understanding on threats from anomalies.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
During WW2 , SS Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps were working in the shadows trying to complete the rite of Solomon and gain god hood , Allied Occult Initiative (AOI) confronted them and fought against them . many members AOI would later form the GOC.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The foundation and CI existence is kept very hidden and as a secret , but it is not the same for GOC . since they are with the UN .
the biggest difference is that the SCP foundation tries its best to contain SCPs while GOC tries to eliminate anomalies and any possible threats to mankind even if the anomaly is currently harmless , they would eliminate it . GOC does not hold back against anomalies and threats .

Arshia Gharib grew up in the southern parts of Iran , his father was an oil man working for N.I.D.C .
In his early teenage years Arshia and his family moved to Tehran because his father was promoted to be the head of international tradings of N.I.O.C . He wished to be the same as his father and work in oil business and be rich like his father , so he started studying management and chemistry , he was always a humble boy who treated everyone with respect .
at 2016 , his father was mysteriously killed after the riots of Iranian people due to fuel getting expensive , at the time the government blamed the death of his father on people who were protesting , but Arshia knew no ordinary civilian did anything to harm his father, he knew the government took down his father because they were scared from his oiling empire and the respect he had among people.
On 2017 he joined the guerrilla factions working in Iran to overthrow there regime , he was trained by Jafar Gholi Khan Sadri in both guerrilla warfare and combat .
On October 2019 , during another huge riots going on , he took the command of the sabotage team in Tehran ,they disrupted the transportations of army forces , sabotaged the comms system of the regime soldiers , then managed to blend in the rioting crowds and were tasked with killing as many as regime forces they could .
after his achievements was acknowledged by his superiors , he was appointed as the leader of the 98Aban operation , in which he and his guerrilla army managed to have 1500 confirmed regime forces killed , along these kills were the Tehran Mayor Mohsen Ghalibaf , the commander of IRGC Ghaem Soltani , but he and his forces also suffered casualties , 176 of his soldiers were killed .
after November of 2019 government started cracking down on all guerrilla factions , arresting or killing everyone slightly related to them.
due to his accomplishment he was appointed as the head of the intelligence of the Fadayi Chiriks , his job being finding and assassinating the key forces in IRGC and the regime forces.
On the Fall of 2022 his cover and operation was finally blown out due , Arshia had to flee the country , he used a Pakistani passport to go to Turkey and from the payed smugglers to take him to Germany .
while at Europe he tried to make contact with United Nations in order to both work for them and be safe because he knew that the Fadayis(Assassin) of IRGC were coming after him . after UN heard about who he is and his activity , he was offered to join the UN , and it didn't take long for UN to realize his potential , therefore offering him to work for GOC.
