What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1) Reduces the congestion of Staff Sits.
2) Improves Roleplay immersion
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
The only negative possible is job abuse, but taking licenses and job banning is in the job description for punishments

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This should be added because it will make staff's jobs easier, and make HWL or medical licenses smoother to go through

A quick sit is enough, this change would as well remove some sits for the staff and their reqs

most are though and besides that they are already the ones giving licenses all this whould do is take a small short cut if they want to abuse license giving they can just call a staff and say that they hosted a tryout even if they didint and it whould be given and noones the wiser
