[This removes the code on The tech spawn on UK]

Techs can go in it without typing in 4321
removes an early edition that a CI A added long ago

It has no reason to be code locked its a tech spawn
The code is just 4321 by a CI alpha from months ago if not a Year ago

the code is literally 4321 and can be seen from outside the maintence room quite literally serves no function

SA offices make sense since its Site admin they have cl4 shit in there.

There isnt even a filling cabinet in the tech spawn
