CI injected civi's after the nuke, started sampling and a alpha stepped into a spore or somthing

+Support Nuke is meant to be an RP reset because breaches have taken over the site and aren't containable. It isn't fair to deal with the same situation 20 minutes after a nuke. After all this is a RP server not a breach/raid server every 20 minutes.
