Simply read the suggestion and tell me where did I say that ISD does the same job as DEA. DEA have other duties, and since ISD were added to fullfill their duties why cant DEA be added to fullfill theirs?

So many comms gets sent into MTF comms most of the time, and DEA cannot see them while it directly involves them in a way or another. Also do you really want DEA to be spamming everyone's else comms while doing a raid? As E11 cannot access SOP comms
