What does this suggestion change/add/remove?
This suggestion adds a 3–10 second delay between the moment SCP-096’s face is seen and the moment he is able to kill his target.
During this delay, SCP-096 would:
-Enter his screaming/crying state
-Cover his face
-Stay unable to kill his target.

I mean using temporary CCs like LCZ non spec will be enough for them to not break out no? Otherwise I agree that it doesnt make sense that just cuffing SCPs wont make them able to break out. They were just shot enough for them to be cuffed temporary otherwise they can wake up and break the cuffs.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Remove the Forge Grip attachment on the L85 and lower the recoil on the original stats instead of needing this attachment, bringing it more in line with the Ghost R5 as both are meant to be equal somewhere.

I believe there is a bug when a picture spawns and someone see it and then destroys it before 096 is flagged on which makes the next flagged on 096 scream and they will see there is a spawned picture on top of their screen, but they wont be able to do anything and they wont enrage to kill those...
What about other binds like the T to change from setup frequency to pick one yourself? I myself have T to talk as its closer... And I dont know if its only me who got some keys switched but I am sure not

Add /R to be used for radio same as /r
Add volume button to either the TAB menu or the radio settings
Make radio binds also cofigurable
