912 cannot be used to sway a raid or breach as per his rules. He may be deployed in d block during a riot to quell the d class but to engage Chaos hes not allowed to do.

- Support D class are intentionally designed to have the cards stacked against them when rioting, 912 is apart of that system. Nerfing 912 will just increase riots and combativeness of the server
