What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds SCP XP for whenever you as the SCP role is being sampled, maybe anything between 10-20 xp more or less depending on modifiers.

Silly question I know but the rules are a little blurry around it, MTF tend to complain when it happens to them.
Does anybody know if SCP-939 has any other rules other then 'spamming'? because from what I can gather the Rule MOT menu does not state (any) 939 specific rules, I mean if they wanted to remove 'spamming' so be it that would be an easy fix just make the swep have a cd.

Adding to this: The main idea behind this super duper simple 173 pac was to test the waters for the idea of a ruined 173 of sorts, due to either the multitude of tests, a prior chaos raid or even just general withering. I was inspired by the idea of a more realistic 173 model.
