What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
Ethics Committee Member, because I would do good in a CL5 position and be able to create fun RP for players.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
Lots of experience in CL4 positions, such as IA Ambassador so I have great knowlage of all the Legal formalities in Site-65, and UNGOC CPT has given me decent experience with leaderships skills and managing a regiment. DEA Special Agent has also given me some extra experience as departmental leadership which would prove to be very useful as a Ethics Committee Member.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:
The year was 20██, and Crow Kalishnikov, the current Ethics Committee Chairman found an ancient Anomolyous artifact that granted him god like powers such as the ability to materialize portable nuclear weapons in the hands of other people, or the ability to be invincible and fly around. After realizing the immense powers he got he remembered when spider man uncle said "great power come great responsibility" so he used his power to kill everyone in sight
and give cadets "Davy Crockets".
Soon after slaughtering 30,000 people the gods themselves plucked him off the ground and pulled him into the sky, but his powers were too much for the gods to handle but he had to resort to fleeing to the Federal Association of Ranger Terrorists AKA "F.A.R.T.". While he was sleeping the F.A.R.T. Commander injected him with Class-F Amnestic to become the perfect ranger, and his name was changed to Joe Litterbum. Joe Litterbum started out in F.A.R.T. as a PVT where he would quickly prove his worth when he created the first F.A.R.T. Missile and threatned to use it on the UNGOC after a bombing incident. Not much later a parawatch gave Joe Litterbum a document detailing the O5 Council, and requested to speak to an O5 council member and
Brigadier General Kennedy responded and allowed him inside to speak about the F.A.R.T. Missiles and F.A.R.T. Bombs. He was forced to explain his actions and was then subsequently executed in front of O5-1 AKA Ruckus Murphy, but remaining muscle memory from before he was class Fed kicked in and he used his godlike powers to fake his own death.
later he used SCP-914 to disquise as a UNGOC Captain, he was able to escape from the facility and became the UNGOC CPT "Mace". During his time at the UNGOC FOB he spent long hours staring blankly and standing still atop the embassy, or bombing pinewood. After the UNGOC discovered he was "Joe Litterbum", the most ANNOYING ranger they Class Fed him to become a D-Class and threw him in vents.
D-3553 then went on to escape and use SCP-914 to become "Pupper Tiggle", Disquised as an IA Ambassador he would often laugh at D-Class for being imprisoned and would typically snitch on NU-7 and AFK on surface where he would be kidnapped and SOP-C would have to pay money for his ransom. After killing 3 D-Class for no reason he was set for a tribunal and killed all the witnesses and also Special Agent Demetrious Tiggle, and stole his uniform to become a Special Agent. On ███, ██, ████, Special Agent Demetrious tiggle led a raid on CI to rescue both a pimp named Dalton and ethics member Tyrone Tiggle AKA "Skoobz". After 17 hours into the raid both the Pimp named Dalton and Tyrone tiggle were rescued, but 29 DEA agents and MTF NU-7 got captured or killed by CI and cost the foundation 3,000,000 for their ransoms. After returning to Site-65 the Pimp named Dalton brought him to a room where he would be interviewed for Ethics Committe Member after applying.
