Denied Change hacking alerts.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It would change how hacking alerts would work. E-11 would only get an alert if you FAIL the hack not when you start it.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It would make hacking SCPs out so much easier for CI.
It would bring more fairness to HCZ combat.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More frequent SCP breaches.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted because it just seems unfair that E-11 get an INSTANT report on every hacking attempt.
EX. Someone starts a 049 hack, E-11 instantly get alerts, E-11 rush to 049, MR-45/DC-30.​

i dont think scps are very difficult to breach at the moment lmao. mass breaches all day every day (and just today i saw 2 DCs breach 049 with fucking 300 DEA and E-11 in HCZ) so pretty unneeded nerf

No-one in CI who's raiding should fail a CL4 unless they get discovered early.

This would make stopping breaches near impossible.

Content Team already thought current hacking alerts weren't enough and granted them to Containment Units as well

Literally same in the US. Breaching SCPs is easy enough as is. Especially when there's countless highlights that show people doing a cl5 in less time than it would take to go from HCZ primary upper to HCZ primary lower, and most SCP are CL4 or CL3 if you have a hacker upgrade, and if you hack out a 8837, 076, and 966 that are magically running up and down the halls the DC are hacking a scp out of you can get 6 scps out. But even 1 8837 that's got 2 braincells can be a 15-20+ minute breach.

Tldr:Bad suggestion

Yeah most definitely, hcz is very disconnected from site so if the entire site isn't aware there's a huge group of CI down there then they can just run about freely almost since there's so few ppl there especially since e11 have lcz spawn now

i think we need to have a notification for every single combative on site whenever a dc is within 100 meters of the site....
