Accepted Completely rework the trainee system

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it so new players know what the fuck is going on instead of them being ultra confused then leaving the server. In my mind remove faces and only have 2-3 formations (the ones we actually use), there's a couple more things that IMO should be removed, and instead added how the server works, how to rank up etc etc.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Its been thought of when I was staff but idk what actually happened to it

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Trainees actually understand whats going on
Trainers dont have to spend 45 minutes per trainee
An updated version (has barely been updated since launch of server)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Takes time to make ig?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Makes it so the trainer doesnt have to spend 45 minutes explaining how the server works in detail and "dont shoot green dots!!" and " ask for war orders!!"

I'd be more than willing to make it myself if SL is interested.

I have made a suggestion myself regarding the new player experience and how there is little to no effort being done to enhance it. SL could make a video to go over the fundamental basics of the server.

A training should only discuss the material that is needed and not contain information for the purpose of making the training harder or longer.

About 3/10 of the phrases are actually used also, I do not think its smart to overload them with server content also and think it is best if they learn the majority of what's required through experience and just playing the server
