What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
-i am confidant on myself becoming eca im also quite known around the server,active lots and love to help our site around,chill and mature and know how to rp and capable of carrying of eca duties. been a past Mtf Nu-7 LT of a head supervisor of Aa,Past mtf o-1 SGT.
will bring ideas of improvement of the ethics.
from what ive done of leading rp withen nu7 and o-1
as for nu7:
-interagation
-leading raids
-leading trainings
as for o1:
-trainings
-tryouts
-interagation
same thing as for nu7 but different. it made me improve my leadership well.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
-following Ethics Committees+ orders such as chems,investigation,rp scenarios,leading operation.
-organizing o1 if its requsted.
-making tribunals and being the judge of the tribunal. they mostly do cl3 tribunals,but they need to file a tribunals and excepted to.
-AA is crucial to enusre mtf personnel also switfly to deal with c5,also Eca authorize AA if only theres no SA+ on site or they arent available
-regarding the FLC. Eca's have the authority to suggest ideas or new stuff to improvement. they may also assist in departmental reviews. part of their duty is to oversee various departments within the site. Also they gather evidence for tribunals and may even take charge.ECAs handle most of the complaints that require the Committee's attention.
-fixing ethical issues on site
-approves documents of tests
-conduct tests with help of o1

Arrow. A very well known person who serves the foundation.
on his side. Arrow had an idea to improve the foundation by ideas and new stuff.
every single day he would write something knew about it.
so one day he went to the ethics and talked about his new ideas.
Ethics Committee ██████: So arrow why did you call me exactly to have a meeting with you?

Arrow:listen its cause of scp-██████. It may sound crazy but it could improve it and make it better than its now.
Ethics Committee ██████: I see. i could tell the research department and e11 have a look at at Arrow but i do not know it will turn into the way your going and how is it gonna "Improve?"
Arrow: well it could by doing tests on it and maybe check whats missing on it maybe it will turn pretty good?
Ethics Committee ██████: And infect us all And killing the whole site? really?

Arrow: No No! its just we havent done any tests on it for a while and i wanna see how its condition is nothing else!
Ethics Committee ██████: I see. Well if it could amaze me i would be surprised by your even though you are an ECA after all.
Arrow: why would i ever let you down. I am known from my doing. Its like a piece of cake.

Ethics Committee ██████: Go on do your test and come back later on.

Apologies for that mate. So I did look at it again and yes I did type my name wrong
Might have done it too fast,as well from the storyline it's my quite my first time making my own one tbf. I'll fix the mistakes right away tho!
As for the questions I tried to keep it simple and a lil short but I'll fix it and give more details.

Even if you noticed that you typed your name wrong, the only amount of "effort" you put in your application is the character story. Everything else is just horrible.
And im 75% sure that you got the ECA duties completely wrong, expecially with the part about them working closely with ISD.

Arrow, I've known you since I was in Nu-7 and also when you were in O-1. I’m confident you'd be a great fit for ECA.

Seeing how you have been around ECMs and ECAs while being in O-1 Im sure you are familiar with how they work.

Your application might not be perfect, but honestly, experience is built in-game, not just through a forum application. Most of the people giving opinions have judged it based solely on the application itself.

Obviously, I have seen your ability to roleplay in O-1 whilst you were with us but your application needs to be able to translate that, which in its current form for the people who haven't observed you, I don't believe it does.

There are resources out there that can help you such as this which the server revolves around.

I'm not leaving this here to be negative, I genuinely would love to see you as an ECA. Your application just needs some work.

Fixed it for a bit. removed the Old storyline and added a new one, Should be better than the last one atleast.
