You've got the basics down but going straight into ECM? I don't think this is the right move for you yet. I'd heavily suggest applying to Site Administration like other applicants have done and learn how everything works on a management and roleplay creation level. You've got a lot of potential but this is only accessible if you grow through something like SA.

As mentioned before, going from a junior CL4 position straight to a CL5 position is a massive step. I believe that going for SA first would be the way—in SA you learn how to create your own RP more thoroughly than in other CL4 roles and most importantly become one of the Site Leaders, which is CRUCIAL for a Clearance Level 5 position.
